Trivium Node: Preserving Privacy Through BlackBox

By Cosmonauta | Cosmonaut | 14 Feb 2022

Secret Network is privacy conscious blockchain project on Cosmos Ecosystem and Trivium Network trying put your privacy effort to one step further; since you always need $SCRT to initiate a private transaction and native SCRT transactions appear publicly on chain, sending it yourself can create a link to your own wallet that strips you of your new anonymity

If you're thinking a blockchain without a privacy layer is useless, take a look at blackbox.cash, which is a collection of dAPPs to bring together privacy and convenience. for the moment of writing there are two services available at Blackbox: which are Cloak & Deaddrop.

Cloak (ehm ehm invisibility cloak)  you can seed another wallet with SCRT gas without a trace, escaping doxing with no link to your old address, which is the problem we were talking about previously.

Deaddrop is kind of a alias service; allows you to create aliases that a sender will use in place of your address when they are sending tokens to you. Combining these two services Trivium Network resolves big chunk of a privacy problem.

As they quite:

Enjoy privacy. It’s your right.
