If you don't know already what is Secret Network ($SCRT), you really should. Secret network is basically:

Secret Network is a blockchain-based, open-source protocol that lets anyone perform computations on encrypted data, bringing privacy to smart contracts and public blockchains. 

So it's a privacy centric blockchain project with advantage of smart contracts, and for interoperability point of view it's IBC enabled (You can basically bridge assets across Cosmos and Terra Ecosystem. There already lots of DApps on Secret Network, go and check them out.

In my humble opinion, blockchain technology without privacy layer is meaningless, at least from cryptography point of view. Let's see how Secret Network will grow in the near future!
