Emeris

Emeris is in beta since September 2021, it will be functional in Q2 2022. Emeris is a one-stop portal for all crypto apps, no matter what blockchain they run on, but it will be very important for Cosmos ecosystem and IBC enabled chains. It will be kind of asset manager or DeFi dashboard, all-in-one for your staked, bonded & unbonded assets. Emeris will have the Gravity Bridge integrated into the user interface, which is one of the most important feature in my opinion, plus NFT support. You can taste it through it's very functional beta.

Axelar

Axelar is a scalable cross-chain platform that aims to connect multiple blockchains and networks with different languages, and provide a uniform solution to cross-chain communication that meets the needs of both platforms and developers.

Axelar is a universal interoperability platform that connects all blockchains through a decentralized network and a suite of protocols and APIs (source)

The Axelar network is a permissionless system and it's designed specifically to handle cross-chain requests with high safety, robustness, liveness, and governance. At the start, the network will power two foundational decentralized protocols: Cross-Chain Gateway Protocol (CGP) and Cross-chain Transfer Protocol (CTP).

It's mainnet rollout will be completed this month (February 2022), currently there is no token, but in my opinion there will be one very soon, so keep your eyes on for a possible ICO.

Sommelier Finance

If you are already staking $ATOM you already should know about Sommelier Finance ($SOMM), it's Zaki Manian's DeFi project founded in 2020 which raised 23 million USD in it series A funding that made the headlines. 

As it states on it's reddit subreddit:

Sommelier consists of the Cosmos Stargate SDK, its Tendermint-based consensus layer, and a decentralized, bi-directional Ethereum bridge, managed by a global network of validators.

Liquidity Providers (LPs) will be able to use the Sommelier to author and execute complex, and automated financial transactions, such as portfolio rebalancing, limit orders, batched orders, as well as a host of other features that traders have come to expect from CeFi, but that are not currently available in DeFi.
