These 7 exercises are excellent at working our entire bodies!
This is because they are all compound movements which involve multiple muscles groups and joints.
Pull ups, push ups, dips, and pike push ups hit the upper body.
Knee raises are my favorite exercise for the core!
Of course we have squats for the legs! And last but not least, walking is an excellent way to burn fat and bring the mind into ease - a great addition to the resistance focused exercises listed above.
Sure, there are definitely more than 7 effective exercises, but sticking with these week after week will definitely bring great results that you can be proud of, all with your own bodyweight!
