Fitness should build us up physically, so we are getting healthier, stronger, faster, and more mobile, but it should also ground us and help us see life more clearly.
This is my approach to fitness, my conscious approach. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a consistent fitness routine has grounded my mind body and spirit throughout the hardest and most difficult year of my life, and if it wasn’t for me creating positive habits through nutrition and exercise, I could’ve easily gone down the wrong path…
