I’ve been off of caffeine and coffee for over a year and a half, and my life and health has gotten DRAMATICALLY better.
After suffering from chronic aches and pains for over a decade, quitting caffeine, although very very tough at first, led me to consuming and retaining much more water and directly reducing the aches and pains in my body from no longer consuming diuretics stimulants.
I never could do movements like these a couple years ago, due to the insane tension I’d feel inside my body.
Caffeine is a drug, and believe it or not, isn’t essential in order to wake up or live haha.
