In April 2020, right after the time when Covid-19 started spreading, I started my own Russian speaking YouTube-channel. The topic: Yoga at Home – For Russian Speaking Beginners and Advanced.
Some statistics since then:
- 23 videos
- 424 hours watch time
- 2k views
- 20% audience from Russia, 16% Germany, 7% Ukraine, 2% Sweden and 0.2% Kazakhstan
- 6% female and 52.4% male viewers
- 6k GB of video and photo material in 4k resolution
Posting New Videos
In average, I am posting a new video every two weeks. Writing and practicing, filming with two cameras from different angles and cutting a new video takes around 10 hours. It seems simple but actually it is a very time consuming work.

Enabled YouTube-Channel for BAT – Brave Verified Creator
I figured out how to enable the channel for receiving tips via BAT - I am pretty proud :) . But somehow, the channel seems not to be well known in the BAT community. In consequence, I received around 2 BAT in five month. Of course, this is fine for me. I am mainly looking for subscribers and watch time.
