Recently, Dexaran initiated a fundraising campaign for DEX223 and has been presenting himself as "The Man Behind The Code," a title previously recognized by the Callisto Network community. However, following the events of February 16, where Dexaran conducted a rug pull affecting the Callisto Network community, the author of this series wishes to clarify that he does not in any way endorse Dexaran's actions or behavior towards the community.

In founding Callisto Network, Dexaran has not only found new goals and new perspectives, Callisto Network is also the embodiment of his convictions, the realization of the principles he so fiercely defended during the Ethereum fork. Callisto Network became an ecosystem reflecting his respect for transactional immutability, his vision for decentralized governance, and his relentless pursuit of security and transparency.
His commitment to Callisto Network wasn’t just verbal or symbolic. Through a substantial personal investment of $150,000, Dexaran demonstrated that his faith in Callisto Network is more than just words — it is a tangible commitment, a meaningful promise to the network’s future and the vision it represents.
Dexaran is merely investing in a project; he is investing in a solution to what he perceived as “the main unsolved problem of humanity to date: governance.” Therefore Callisto Network is not just another blockchain platform; it stands as a beacon of innovative features such as the Callisto Network Treasury, Cold Staking, and the renowned Security Department. It offers a compelling vision of a self-sustaining and self-funded blockchain ecosystem.
As Dexaran would often ask, “How do you choose a person who has the right to say something that others must obey?” His answer lay within the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) that Callisto Network is currently building. It promises a truly democratic system where every community member can claim voting rights and influence the network’s direction. This is Dexaran’s elegant solution to the inherent flaws of centralized governance.
