This is my grandmother's recipe, she is 92 years old and she is still healthy, thank God..

Ingredients:
Eggplant
Yogurt
Garlic
Olive Oil
Green Pepper
Red Chilly Pepper
Tomato
Salt
Black Pepper
First of all you need to peel the eggplants
And now slice them
Put them in the pot with cold water and boil them
10 minutes later
For the sauce you need to slice the peppers and grate the fresh tomato
Eggplants 10 minutes later
Put them on plate and remove all the boling waters
And now add yogurt and garlic
Now you need to add salt and black pepper
Roast peppers with oive oil for the sauce
5 minutes later you can add the tomatoes
In 3 minutes our sauce is ready..
