Some neobanks might not support instant transfer

It is not a credit card, you can't use it unless it has sufficient money to do the purchasing.

How to get your card?

This might be the tricky bit, as it requires you to stake some MCO token for 6 months before receiving your card and benefits, which means you will be having a bit of investment before getting its benefit. However, according to today 06/05/2020 12:15AM Australia Time, each MCO cost about AUD$8.06, so a Ruby Steel require you to invest about AUD$400 initially, but you may get it back around the 6 month locking period. For example as I mentioned earlier, if you spend AUD$4000 a month, you would get back AUD$200 as cashback, so in two months time, you basically can get back what you spend, ofcouse, the more you spend a month , you may consider to get a higher tier card. You could also get a lower tier first, once you get your card, you may upgrade it to a higher tier instantly without waiting another 6 months (Guessing no one would downgrade their card)

Verdict

Considering the Pros of this card, particularly cashback and potential premium benefits, I would definitely recommend this card as it has the potential to overcome the benefit of some premium/platimum credit card.
