These days, only 3 seconds of your recorded voice is needed to allow others to create an entire Deep Fake Monologue of you, linked to a Pagan CGI rendering of you (most all Facial Recognition captures that easily enough today to enable that part) operated by someone else.
Don't Get Fooled Again.., by the Deep Fakes? Not an easy task for everyday people.
'Signing' your voice podcast and your vlog, livecast & video conference 'visage' instances to secure your online identity now starts to make perfect sense. No?
In reality, today's rapidly improving CGI capabilities now make online real-time live extortion quite easy.
For example, think about kid's asking their parents for money.
The parent hear's the voice and sees the face and, thinks it's their child asking for money, when in fact it could be ANYONE!
The online world of DEEP Fake Identity theft for purposes of scamming others out of their hard earned cash is taking on these new sophisticated forms so rapidly, it's SCARY!
Forget the current spate of "Rubber Masked Men" duping the public #NPC #Normie herd, these often badly crafted non #CGI #deepfake scams of what is mainly political identity theft and, the current bogus content streaming of same, yes are being used to increasingly shape the world herd's opinion of key topics, however more and more of these Deep Fakes recently have been AI powered CGI fakes.
So Deep Fakes are big now, no question, as the tech is now available on virtually any modern smartphone, clearly putting one's own reputation at risk, if one's identity is co-opted.
"Houston we have a problem" Moment in the Future? Likely if we don't fix online identity security for voice and face asap.

Blockchain can Protect your Voice and Face from being hijacked or co-opted so your 2nd you does NOT do things you never intended.
The How to do the above is the hard part.

That said are their any online services of any type which promise to make any of this easy? I did find one rather quickly..,

The big question is do you trust your voice and face to 'these people' at Reality Defender?
For me the solution uses reactive & early detection methods as a way to protect your online identity to ensure you are not consuming CGI Deep Fake mis-information. Sorry for me this approach is a non-starter, so I won't be diving in to 'disect' and point out the flaws of such tech.

Seriously, trusting the globalists to tell us how to handle deep fakes does not, imo serve anyone well.
Now given as early as 2017 Deep Fake tech was already available as an app on your smartphone, (checkout Fake Barry here)
you would think the world herd of #sheeple would be in a bit of panic, right? You'd be wrong.
What is noticeable just though, through a simple Brave search, is how big vendors are tooling up to provide such a solution. One has the likes of IBM and CGI (the company) show up in the first fold results of your search query, employing large staffs to deal with 'the problem', all in the name of 'Fake News', aka 'strengthen government regimes with censorship capabilities that don't match their narrative'.
The "Houston the problem is much bigger than we thought" The Cryptosphere's WTF moment.
Seriously there is a very 'reputation dangerous' situation emerging online, especially when one considers the Metaverse is one Deep Fake with really low barriers to gaining deep fake capabilities, as clearly pointed out in Jerry Bui's post back on June 6th 2022 on linkedin.

Such Deep Fake realities and capabilities should have actors, sports celebrities and politicians seriously worried about being replaced,
a la the Sixth Day.

Blockchain developers have the tech to in a preventative fashion, solve the problem of Deep Fakes before they even get started, especially when it comes to preventing identity theft of one's voice and face, thus ensuring the viewer is seeing and/or hearing the real thing, what ever that real thing might be.
Making use of existing ZeroKnowledge Proofs tech interacting with Level 2 Private Blockchains which under the control of private applications one can trust in languages you know are today possible in the Cosmos Hub Inter Block Chain world. So I encourage cryptosphere developers to take a close look at #ATOM and their recent Version 2 whitepaper (Circa October 2022).
That said no-one in the #cryptosphere to my knowledge, has actually stepped up to build such useful B2C online service tech with Blockchain and #ZKP protection so anyone can protect their voice and face online, likely because no crypto developer has thoroughly thought through how to best monetize such a useful service so that the service offer is easy to use and both attractive price wise and sustainable as an online business.
Maybe, just maybe, one TK with a few others will take some of our valuable time and do just that, create an online voice and face Deep Fake Protection biz on the Blockchain. Maybe, we will keep you posted.
Right now though, one should search the web frequently to make sure one's identity(and reputation) stays intact and also keep a 'look out' for the Deep Fakes, every time you watch or hear some content.
