Mindfulness is the practice of purposely bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment without judgment, a skill one develops through meditation or other training.

Today I would like to introduce you to a beautiful soul, a teacher, someone who brings us a message so simple yet so deep. His name is Thich Nhat Hanh. He is a Vietnamese Thiền Buddhist monk, peace activist, and founder of the Plum Village Tradition.

"Breathing in I know that I am breathing in, breathing out I know I am breathing out. This a very important practice" - Thich Nhat Hanh.
