Thanks for reading as this is continuation of my series alphabet....  today:

Q-Quiet!

Quiet really has several connotations....

peace, reflexión, mood, an action ... you get it.

This word for many exutes potentially lots of thoughts and feelings.

What are yours?

For me quiet mean calm and peace. I enjoy the quiet.   Time for the brain to just decompress.  No Stimulation. We live in a world of rumiarían... multitasking and for many quiet  moments make people anxious and some times uncomfortable

When I got my cancer diagnosis quiet was a time of reflexión and actually sorrow but in time the quiet brought a sense of peace.

How many times has one heard “she or he is quiet” the wrath before the storm.
I sure have seen that and I bet I am not alone!

Does quiet bring sense of calm of sense of awkwardness?

think about it!

Stay safe!  Here’s to your Best of Health
