Hydrate for Better Health

By theinspired | Game of Life | 10 Feb 2020

I don't think many of us are in tuned with how important "hydration" matters to the human body. 60% of your body is made up of water. It's the elixir of life!

Are you aware that the best delivery vehicle for vitamins, electrolytes, and other nutrients is WATER?! Now I know drinking water isn't that appealing. It took me a while to get use to drinking more water throughout the day. Now that I am, I really do feel better and look better.

If you don't enjoy drinking water, I've got something for you to check out. It's called LifeFuels. A smart nutrition bottle that mixes in those vitamins, electrolytes, and other nutrients that can FUEL your body with what it needs to operate. This bottle is sleek, slim, sexy, and SMART! Coupled with an app that will allow you to see how much you drink, what you drink, which gives you peace of mind that your body gets what it needs.

I was reading up on electrolytes and found it can make your skin look better. Guess what - Lifefuels have a pod with electrolytes.

Now, here is what I am going to do. I am going to couple my LifeFuel bottle with my annual physical. I will share my logs with my doctor so that she can understand my body more and see what kind of impact my hydration habits are having on my overall health. Stay tuned - more updates coming!

A newsletter designed to encourage and inspire you to play the game of life the best you can. While some don't believe that life is a game and I'd agree, it's multiple games on several levels; it's not just one game. There is a game of health, wealth, relationships, career/education, faith, and rest/relaxation. It's not a game from the perspective someone wins or loses but in theory and dynamic.
