Looks like my full focus has to be on increasing my skills if I have to progress further in the game. If I don't increase my skills my earning opportunity from the game will be affected.

After reaching 1000 fans or by reaching Level 15, every player gets Ego bar in the game. The same happened to me as well. A few days back I wrote a post about how my Ego bar reached 90 percent or even more than that suddenly. I stopped doing normal missions after that and started focusing on music lessons to increase my skills. Have a good amount of skills was the only way to balance out the Ego and Fans. If the number of fans is more, the Ego goes high and if we have enough skills to back it up, the Ego bar is balanced out. I guess that's what happens even in real life. Isn't it?

I would say that only these parameters make the game interesting for the players. I have to admit that for the past few days my starbits earning stopped. My focus was fully on getting enough skills so that I start doing missions again to increase my earning. For the missions and fans I already accumulated, the Ego was also there and I had to take some music lessons to gain skills to balance it out.

With the requirement of 80% energy for each mission that would give me only 10 skills, I was thinking that it would take a minimum of 10 days for me to balance out fans and skills to start doing normal missions again the Home Town. But luckily in one of the recent game updates, the 80% energy requirement was reduced to half and I was able to do more music lessons in the last two days.

With this, I have so far accumulated 195 skill points in the game by either purchasing some cards from the market or by doing the music lessons. I will be doing some more music lessons to increase it a little further and then I will be all good to get back to my other missions. There is still a small challenge for me where my pizza boxes are full right now and I couldn't use it in the last two days as I was not available in front of my laptop for a long period of time. I guess I will be able to make use of those pizzas at least tomorrow to progress even faster. I did not know the fact that I would get pizza even for doing music lessons.

So, from a better income perspective, increasing skills is very important in the game. If we don't balance out the skills based on the number of fans we have, I guess the earning opportunity from the game would reduce. We will be getting only flat rewards from the missions.
