Hello everyone! I hope you are well, this time I want to participate in the art contest in this week of Splinterlands, so I made a digital drawing and for this I took as reference the legendary card called Lira the Dark. The story of this card is the following:
"Lira was turned into a vampire as a young woman when she attended a party of the rich and powerful, only to later realize that the majority of the guests were vampires. However, Lira did not see her new self as a monster. Rather, she saw her vampirism as an opportunity. Lira was born into a high-standing family that struggled with maintaining their wealth, so she embraced the transformation and set to work building her power and influence.."
For the realization of this drawing, I was looking for a pose that convinced me for the story behind this letter and then make several changes, I started yesterday and today I finished it with a total of about 6 hours, so I'm going to show several images of the process of this character.
Process
As every drawing I started with the sketch, making the pose that the character was going to have with several guide lines providing the elements that make up the face and then continue with the coloring stage.
Once the necessary proportions of the drawing are done, what I do is to start applying the color in the elements that make up the illustration.
