Many of us have been using the Publish0x platform (my referral link) since it launched and as they have switched to rewarding posts with HYDRO & DAI now it's probably worth withdrawing the BNTY that you have accrued.

To do this go to your payments page and request a withdrawal. As you can see I have already withdrawn mine.

Once the withdrawal has been approved and actioned (about a week) it will appear in your ETH wallet but you won't be able to see it!

To show the balance you need to do the following:

• In Metamask click on "Menu"

• Scroll down and click on "Add Token"

• Copy & paste "0xd2d6158683aee4cc838067727209a0aaf4359de3" as the "Token Contract Address" and click "Next" then "Add Token".

• You should now see your BNTY balance

You can now sell your BNTY on an exchange. To find the list of exchanges that currently support BNTY click here.
