Hello to the Publish0x Actifit Community! Welcome to my blog. As you know, I am unwell and unhealthy after a break up. But thank you God still I 'm alive and thriving. Nowadays, I 'm following the Schedule provided by the physician. The morning Walk is the first activity that I have to do whether I 'm at home or away from home. I usually prefer parks for morning walks where plants are and orchards are its beauty. Moreover, the morning scene is awesome when the sun is rising from the East.

During my morning walk in simple park, I did jogging. After this exercise, I love to do chin and push up for ten times. I want to increase this number but my muscles are weak. Whenever, I feel tiresome and fatigued, I take fifteen minutes break. I happily love to admire white flowers surrounded by green leaves.

In the same time, I also saw many other red flowers. The above white and following red flowers are from the same plant. There were several numbers of these plants around the road area of the park. I 'm glad to see varieties of plants there. These plants are the real source of the beautiful environment.

The Good Park Administration can decorate the dull environment of a land. They are expert in making park beauty unlimited in limited funds. I found special preparation by Park Administration. There were rows of small plants with different types of flowers and the Palm trees.

I also found fertile area of the park. They have plan for future crop harvesting here. Still, they were taking different agricultural measures to test different parts of the free land for different crops. There should be a landmark in the park where different agricultural experiments should be conducted. For these experiments governments should pay them. In this way, self stable park view can be progressed. In this land area, I also observed large leave plant. It had different types of small flowers. I was lucky to take one shot there.

During my morning walk there, I completed 15000+ steps there. I decided to return back to home. I decided to take the last picture of the scene, I found there. It is now 10:33 AM here so temperature was increasing continuously. it is best time to goodbye to the park.

Nowadays, I 'm taking full care about my health. The morning walk, jogging and Photowalking are my best exercise, I love to repeat. This was the Actifit report, I want to submit here. I hope you enjoyed my photography about amazing nature. Thanks!
