Hello to Publsih0x Actifit Community! Welcome to my blog. Today weather was very hot. Hence, I decided to change my morning walk schedule into Evening Walk. Evening Walk has special benefit of less crowd on our pathway as well as cold weather that saves our several calories energy that is wasted in sweating in the morning. I prepared my mind and took my old handsfree for listening music during the walk. These handsfree are my companion that make some pleasant voice easy to hear for me.

Thanks to Spotify application that have many new and good music albums for me. Everytime when I am either sad or happy, I opened this application and did my best to synchronized my mood with music. Presently, I am listening the songs of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan & Atif Aslam. Both are my favorite singers. During walk with music is love to have in my life.

Today, I have planned to take as many steps count as I can. Luckily, I was able to walk 10923 Steps. This activity count is much needed for me to reduce fatty body and to make strong Muscles. Thanks to Actifit Application that have recorded every activity for me.
I started my walk from small yard that has plants all around. These plants are good source of fresh and clean air for me. This yard has 0.5 KM length. I always had a complete plan of taking three to four rounds daily. Moreover, it's smooth area is healthy for my mind as well.

I was lucky today because there was no one to make disturbance in my walk. Hence, I easily completed my walk. My each step was full of confidence because I am improving in body condition score. Moreover, strength of Muscles had been increased incredibly. When I was leaving this yard after completing three rounds, I took the snap of beautiful environment there for sharing here.
Diet Plan
Any activity without your diet is not well for you. Everything should be synchronized with good diet. Good and healthy diet supports a healthy body and healthy body has healthy mind. Everyday after walk, I have good Habit of taking 1 Liter milk. This milk gives strength to my bones. Moreover, it has calcium that is essential for fast nervous system connection.
