I first mentioned natto in my post about Japanese breakfast. Today we'll look at a non-traditional and simple recipe that's very satisfying.

Ingredients
- 1 package natto
- 1 can tuna -- Tuna sashimi would be even better for a more gourmet version.
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- pepper
- dash of soy sauce
- cooked rice
- chopped green onions

Method
- Drain can of tuna and place in a bowl.
- Stir the natto vigorously with chopsticks to form frothy sticky "strings". Add to the bowl.
- Cut kimchi into small pieces with scissors. Add to the bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, a few cracks of pepper and a dash of soy sauce.

- Mix everything together, breaking up the tuna.
- Scoop mixture on top of a bowl of steaming rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
There we have a super simple recipe that makes for a great lunch. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for a second helping later!
