Vegetarian multi-vegetable salad with egg and mayonnaise

Ingredients

Potatoes, carrots, celery root, parsley root, onion, pickled peas, pickled cucumbers, hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Ziemniaki, marchewka, korzeń selera, korzeń pietruszki, cebula, groszek konserwowy, ogórki kiszone, jajka ugotowane na twardo, majonez sól i pieprz.

Przygotowanie składników

Peel the pickled cucumbers and dice them. We do the same with the onion.

Ogórki kiszone obieramy ze skórki i kroimy w kostkę. To samo robimy z cebulką.

Wash vegetables, i.e. potatoes, carrots, parsley and celery thoroughly in water. We cook the potatoes and the rest of the vegetables, unpeeled separately.

Warzywa, czyli ziemniaki, marchewkę pietruszkę oraz seler dokładnie myjemy w wodzie. Gotujemy nieobrane osobno ziemniaki i resztę warzyw.

Take the boiled vegetables out of the water and wait for them to cool, peel the boiled eggs.

Ugotowane warzywa wyciągamy z wody i czekamy aż ostygną, ugotowane jajka obieramy ze skórki.

Preparation of cooked ingredients

Przygotowanie ugotowanych składników

Peel the potatoes and dice them.

Ziemniaki obieramy ze skórki i kroimy w kostkę.

We do the same with cooked carrots, celery and parsley.

Mixing ingredients

Mieszanie składników

Add all peeled and shredded ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Wszystkie obrane i rozdrobnione składniki dodajemy do miski i dokładnie mieszamy.

Then add the pickled peas and diced pickled cucumber.

Następnie dodajemy groszek konserwowy oraz pokrojony w kostkę ogórek kiszony.

At the very end, add the mayonnaise and spread it over the salad. The amount of mayonnaise depends on our taste predispositions. Season with pepper and salt and mix thoroughly. The salad is ready.

Na samym końcu dodajemy majonez i rozprowadzamy w sałatce. Ilość majonezu uzależniona od naszych predyspozycji smakowych. Przyprawiamy pieprzem i solą i dokładnie mieszamy. Sałatka gotowa.
