Pork tenderloin in mushroom sauce
Ingredients: pork tenderloin, garlic, onion, various mushrooms: mushrooms, bay boletes, red pine mushrooms, you can add a few dried mushrooms, vegetable oil, cream 30% Extras: white turnip, potatoes. Spices: salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaf, soy sauce, hot chili or habanero.

Preparation of pork tenderloin. Season the pork meat (tenderloin) with spices, soy sauce, rub with crushed garlic and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cut into thick slices and then fry them until golden brown on both sides in hot oil.
Preparation of the mushroom sauce: Add the washed and pre-chopped mushrooms to the fried onion. Stew for several minutes, until the mushrooms release juices.

Stewing meat: Add pieces of fried pork tenderloin to the fried mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, a bit of hot pepper, add bay leaf and allspice and stew the meat until the meat is tender (but not too long, not to stretch the meat, because it will become hard). Main course ready 👨🍳

Side dishes: If someone likes white radish, I recommend it as a side dish. The recipe is simple: Peel the radish, grate it on a coarse grater, add cream, salt, pepper and it's ready. I recommend this underestimated vegetable due to the very large amount of vitamins, minerals, metals, including zinc, phosphorus, fluorine, magnesium, manganese, copper, molybdenum, potassium, selenium, sodium, calcium and iron. Can be served with boiled potatoes or fried in a pan.

Enjoy your meal
