A neo-Gothic castle in the village of Zawada on the Zawadka River, on the Rzeszów-Tarnów route. Nothing unusual, but it captivates. Only one of the four cylindrical towers has survived. A chapel, a brick gate and a farm building have also survived.  

    The former name of the Bobrek castle. It was built in the mid-sixteenth century, and built by the Ligęza family. Later, the Raczyński family became the owners.  

    At the beginning of the 19th century, the castle fell into disrepair. Only two of the four towers remained. In 1915, during the hostilities, the castle was destroyed. The ruin was renovated in the interwar period, and a Renaissance palace was built next to it. Of course, it did not take place without an episode in the style of the Polish People's Republic, where the communist authorities of Poland created a state-owned farm.
