I earn crypto rewards protecting "We the people's" Important Permanent Data online, including my own data With the Autonomi Network.
How?
I download some software from Autonomi and quickly boot it to run a small fleet of Autonomi safenodes on my Internet Daily Driver with their node-launchpad software, designed to store encrypted chunks of data sent to me by other Autonomi Network safenodes located in my XOR addressed 'close group' ,
I do the same, upload files to Autonomi Network, this time using the Autonomi Upload Client uploading files after first receiving a quote from hte Autonomi Network close group , uploading the file from the upload client's own XOR address to a safenode 'close' to one of my own node's XOR address randomly selects a one of my nodes,
where each node of my mini fleet of Autonomi safenodes is operating in their own XOR addressed close group, responding in kind to to all the 'Close XOR addressed' upload clients whishing to upload their files to the Autonomi Network, paying one time, to have them stored forever, only accessible by them.
Because I run an Autonomi Network three safenode fleet, my nodes get to quote to their own unique close group of upload clients with close addresses and, if randomly selected by the upload client, my nodes earn rewards because, over time, the other close group nodes, each one different for each safenode I run, rank the trust score of each of my little fleet of three nodes higher because my fleet nodes respond quickly to connection, realty, chunk copy and quote requests.
That earned trust rank means my nodes get to quote regularly and earn rewards regularly, over time at a random rate. My mini fleet of three Autonomi nodes let's me turn 105 Gigabytes of spare storage and about 750MB of spare RAM into an encrypted value store which can be used by others to upload their permanent files, protected forever in the Autonomi Network.
Your keys, your data, no worries any more of your machine crashing and losing all your valuable files.
Over the past five months of Beta testing, I have learned one thing, at certain busy times of he day my ISP Internet Service Provider cheats, oversubscribing local bandwidth.
Now that the Autonomi Network is in production and live, and my node-launchpad wallet is collecting rewards from upload client payments and these rewards are being converted by Autonomi into ERC-20 tokens and being placed on the blockchain, which can be viewed only by me via my MetaMask wallet at my address stored as ERC-20 tokens on the Arbitrum Sepolia Layer 2 Ethereum side chain,
There is also an opportunity to convert these ERC-20 tokens into Ethereum and or US $ Stablecoins and back into US$ FIAT,
or
I can by Autonomi Network tokens after their Token Genesis Event January 25th, 2025 and
Fly to the Moon ;)
The ISP Skullduggery of OVERSUBSCRPTION-
Maximizing ISP shareholder rewards while re-negging on their contracts to provide Subscribers with the bandwidth they thought they paid for..,
A Thievery Story as old as the Telephone Network.
ISP Thievery of Bandwidth during Internet Busy times, amounts to these ISPs funnelling lots of connections into a backbone network pipe rented from the old Telecom Monopoly Provider running MPLS or fixed TCP/IP over DWDM Dense Wave Division Multiplexed (Colored Light Wave length paths)Fiber strands that is not large enough to handle all the traffic at peak times,
so these "WAN Wide Area Network Edge" ISPs like Cogeco rely on TCP/IP Transmission Control Protocol running over Internet Protocol to 'throttle the flow of data between connections of the subscriber's applications,
which works,
except when your application does not use TCP/IP and instead uses UDP, which is the case with Autonomi Network.
ISP effective TCP/IP throttling actually HURTS my mini fleet of three Autonomi Nodes ability to respond quickly to their other connections in their close group, which actually are located all over the place physically.
As a result my ISP throttling causes my Autonomi Network Safenodes to see their trust score decline because other safenodes trying to connect to relay messages and encrypted copies of chunks of files can't so they use some one else's safe nodes in the Close group, which are likely in a different time zone with less Internet traffic, because of how XOR Contents Addressable Networking works.
That means my three Autonomi Safenode fleet does not get to quote to the set of three close groups and the upload clients with addresses close to those groups, and as a result, no quotes means the three safenodes can't earn tokens, Which means I don't earn the tokens I need to pay for the upload my own private files and backups to want to place permanently to the Autonomi Network, (just in case this machine dies).
So even though I PAID the ISP, in this case COGECO a princely monthly sum of CDN $86.00/month to provided sufficient bandwidth to do exactly that, to keep my safenode connections running smoothly, so can earn those Autonomi Tokens, to pay for my private data uploads,
I am denied a decent ROI on my investment by my ISPs Oversubscription skullduggery.
ISP BANDWDITH OVERSUBSCRIPTION IS AN ISP CORPORATE RIP OFF OF SUBSCRIBER MONEY
PAID FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED OF EPIC PROPORTIONS,
THAT NEVER ENDS.
The need for Honest ISPs is most relevant to UDP Centric Crypto Network Service Offers Autonomi Network rewards earned by my three safenode mini fleet are what I need to I turn around and spend using My Autonomi Network Client to upload my own private files over UDP to the Autonomi Network, like vides, pics and records from business etc, via my own Autonomi Client.
Because my ISP is doing the absolute minimum, while doing stock buy backs,
to keep their stock price buoyant in a what is really government price regulated a down market, with very little competition,
I, the subscriber of COGECO Internet Service,
get to NOT earn from an investment I made,
- sharing my network bandwidth and,
- sharing my local un-used PC Compute, Memory and Storage capacity
to help protect "We the People's" data on the Autonomi Network.
CRIME OF THE MILLENIUM: ISP OVERSUBSCRIPTION FOR PROFIT
Take a look , you be the judge, imo most ISPs in 'de factor' regulated Oligopolies called the ISP market have no incentive to actually provide what they say they are selling...
In my case that is 50mbit/sec upload and 50mbit/sec upload network bandwidth speed,
which is more than enough to handled two persons working during the day out of home offices and run a small fleet of three Autonomi Nodes.
When the COGECO network is not busy.
But Noooooo,
these ISPs still oversubscribe the backbone bandwidth in Internet Busy Times, especially these old Cable Companies, most of which are not really trying to modernize their 'infrastructure' (which is really a backbone govt regulated rental of the former Telephone Monopoly's Fibre Network.)
Cogeco, like most other ISPs of the dame ilk
is engaged in stock price manipulation using stock buy backs to prop up their share price and EPS earnings per Share in the face of Stagnant real Main Stream revenue.
Their service is over priced and has suffered from under investment for many years, largely because the government of Canada and the CRTC "Canadian Radio and Television Commission' regulating subscriber rates in Canada always side with the Big Three BELL, ROGERS and TELUS (and Videotron in Quebec), keeping regional players like COGECO and SHAW(Alberta mainly) on the outside looking in.
Really the old Telecom Monopoly BELL Canada is still in play,
sure they were privatized to a handful of big players with big money, and yes they de-unionized and shrunk their staff, many of which went to the other players, but did they really bust up the monopoly?
Nope.
BELL still own most of the fibre in the big metro areas. and most all of it running in the WAN. As for Rural WISP "Wireless" Internet Service Providers, the CRTC regulatory body keeps them on a short leash with subsidies controlling what they can deploy and charge subscribers, where bandwidth is even slower.
Which is why my ISP COGECO sucks and,
their Engineered Theft of Bandwidth affects my Autonomi token earnings big time during busy Internet traffic hours,
exactly the time when I could be earning more from people and businesses uploading their permanent records once, for a one time payment, stored for ever.
Of course to give COGECO a bit of breathing room, they are really getting shafted by the Backbone Carrier, which in BELL Canada, because the Government of Canada via the CRTC, always let's them do what they want to keep BELL Canada's shareholders happy.
(Because those shareholders really run the show.)
Running Three Autonomi Network Safenodes is just right to store a few files of say 10-15MBytes each, per day for my purposes,
The Proof my ISP SUCKS and stops me from earning on my Autonomi Network investment to pay for my own private data uploads and that COGECO is focused only on the bottom line? read on:

TK over and out
PS- Autonomi is working 'QUIC-ly' on how to keep safenodes functional even during busy OVERSUBSCRIPTION Internet Traffic times, so 'We the People' in the Autonomi Community keep on earning rewards in the Autonomi community to get around this ISP OVERSUBSCRIPTION problem, where the root cause of this ISP problem robbing subscribers of network bandwidth they paid for is really the crony capitalists controlling things behind the old Telecom monopoly, still controlling most of the fibre highways.
So where there is a will, there is always a UDP way with Autonomi, QUIC style. :)
