This post has been a long time coming. I found out about Cointiply by reading a Publish0x post and I thought I would try it. The post was about losing all your tokens in the Multiplier game, but the author assured me that the site worked and it paid out. It seems like a strange site. The user interface looks -for lack of a better term- angry and makes it hard to trust. This is my second faucet experience, and I had low hopes. Even with the angry Monday Night Raw colour scheme, the graphic design of Cointiply is lightyears ahead of Faucet Pay.
Now it is very important that you make sure to turn your VPN off when using this site. I use a VPN for work and sometimes have to use it for crypto stuff due to my jurisdiction. Cointiply is very quick to ban you for VPNs so watch out.
I would recommend downloading the app to a device without a VPN installed on it so that you don't run into any issues. The app is also better looking and offers several ways to earn tokens that the desktop sight does not.
Exchange Rate
One of the features I like the most about Cointiply is on the home page in the top right corner they have your account values. They list it in their proprietary denomination with the supremely original name Coin, in USDT and in BTC.
This allows you to keep track of your earnings and their value. I enjoy this kind of transparency.
Faucet
The Faucet is the most consistent way to gain tokens. After a roll there is a 60 minutes cool down before rolling again.
Every roll awards you some amount of the internal tokens. A higher rolled number rewards more tokens. If you roll the number 99999 you hit the jack pot. But no I have not hit it yet. If you hit a prime number you get an extra 51 tokens added onto your pre-bonused reward.
I keep the window open while I work my 9 - 5 so that every hour I get the very loud alert to roll again. If you work in an office with other people be aware that this screen will yell at you when the cool down period is over. So be aware of the volume of your computer.
This is the slow, consistent way to gain traction on this app. Hitting roll on the faucet 2-3 times per day, every day will get you crypto. This should not be an issue. Especially because the mobile app is pretty good.
PTC Ads
Cointiply has a feature called PTC Ads or Pay To Click. They usually offer about 12 per day. You click the link, stay on the page for a prescribed amount of time and then you are rewarded with a small amount of tokens. even through they are usually under 30 points, you can do all available in quick succession
Advertisers pay for these slots in Bitcoin and Cointiply pays users a portion per click. All the advertisers I have seen deal in the crypto space, so this raises my eyebrow about the longevity of this platform. It seems a bit circular. So milk it when you can.
Surveys
Nothing is free. You have to provide some thing to some one to be able add value. One of the ways online money trees do this is by partnering with survey companies to distribute their research broadly and harvest data. Surveys are huge online. I use them all the time in the COIN app. However, I have not succeeded in completing a survey and receiving my Coin bonus on this site. It may be due to my demographic info but they just don't work for me. Also if I am going do a survey I will do them in the Coin app because in the Coin app if a survey isn't successful they send a small reward anyways. With Cointiply you get nothing if you don't match for a survey.
Cointiplier and Loyalty Rewards
Cointiply does a good job of encouraging loyalty and the usage of multiple functions. They reward you with a multiplier on your earning in two different ways.
The first way is with something they call the Loyalty Bonus. Each consecutive day logged in on the site adds a 1% bonus to your earnings.
The second is more ephemeral, the is a Cointiplier gauge. It isn't immediately clear how you move the needle. The more actions and the wider variety of actions you complete seems to be give you a better bonus.
The Cointiplier:
The Loyalty Calendar"
Offer Wall
Much like the surveys all money trees have an offer wall. When you boil everything away these are just marketing and advertising hubs that use crypto to facilitate low friction micro transactions. For the Crypto Maxims the fact that this method is effective, repeatable, and the only real application for crypto earning shows how early we are.
Third party participants who want people to use their product or service pays Cointiply for downloads or engagements or time spent. They offer a promotional offer of X amount of proprietary tokens in exchange for completing an action. Often times with the games you have to achieve a certain level or spend in game.
I have used the types of offers in the COINapp to great success. With COIN I have even used several paid promotions because I was putting in significantly less money then I would be rewarded. Due to my jurisdiction COIN does not have an Offer Wall for me any more. I look forward to using these rewards in the future.
For instance look at the offer below. I would need to place a $20 bet in their casino and I would receive 228,735. if 10,000 coins =$1 then I would be paying $20 to be returned $22.87. I'm automatically making money on this exchange, but I also have the upside of the bet. I would probably play it on roulette. Bet on black or red. My odds of doubling my money is 47.4%. So I am either making twentyish percent or one hundred and twentyish percent on this trade.
Promo Codes
I made a post for the pros and cons of having a twitter account while living in the crypto space. Of all the companies and services I have used to accumulate BTC, I think Cointiply effectively integrates twitter and email into their offering. They will tweet, or email out a referral code that you can enter in for bonus points. They are never huge, but every piece counts. Give them a follow on Twitter so that you don't miss a code.
Referral Program
In typical fashion Cointiply has a multilevel marketing feature. They give you a referral code and hope you spread the good word. If you haven't used Cointiply yet, are interested in starting, and like reading the 1BTC Project please feel free to use my code below.
Quests
As another means to keep you engaged and using all the features available on their website. They reward you with small amounts of coins for completing different actions, but you have to do them in order. This does a great job of encouraging exploration on the site.
You can see I will get rewarded the next time I redeem a promo code.
Multiplier
Once you have gained enough experience on the site, you can play the multiplier game
You put up an amount of tokens you wish to bargain and then have you choice of different nodes to pick from. If you pick correctly you are rewarded with a multiple of the amount wagered and the option to keep going. The more successful choice you make the higher the multiple, but obviously the risk grows as well seeing as one of the node has been taken off the table.
I find a good strategy is to cash out immediately and start again at the beginning. The risk to reward falls off quickly if you get too greedy. But, if you are feeling lucky, this feature provides the possibility to rack up a lot of tokens quickly. I have yet to find a cap to how many times per day you are allowed to play the multiplier game. Theoretically you could be getting free crypto daily. I really enjoy this feature even though it can be a cruel mistress.
This game can quickly reward you and it can quickly take everything away. It is very easy to get tilted and chase losses with losses, but with some luck and patience this game can very quickly get you to an amount of tokens that you can make a withdrawal.
Earn
One of the features of Cointiply that I really dislike is their internal earn function. The developers want you to keep your tokens and Bitcoin on their platform. Smart business for them as they get to retain the asset and the time value of (digital) money.
I hope this platform isn't using this earn feature to execute strange moves behind the scenes. This kind of behavior is indicative of a Ponzi scheme - finding new investors to pay off the old investors. This is just speculation, but it is a big concern. It would be a shame if Cointiply collapsed and people get hurt financially.
Once your account size is over the 35,000 token threshold you get interest if you hold the tokens their over a Sunday.
Withdrawal
This is what everyone cares about. Can you get your promised crypto off the site and an account that you control?
There are two tiers of withdrawals with Cointiply,
- 50,000 units and you can withdraw Bitcoin - BTC.
- 30,000 units and you can withdraw Litecoin - LTC, Dogecoin - DOGE, or Dash coin DASH.
for my first withdrawal I aimed low, at the 30K mark. This way if it were to be illegitimate I saved some time. Now that the concept has been proven, my second withdrawal will be in BTC.
And yes, it does work. I have made my first withdrawal and have the LTC tokens in my Coinbase account.
I give Cointiply 5 out of 5 stars. It does everything That the COIN app does, but with the Mulitplier game and the percentage bonuses, Cointiply makes . Missing a day would be a huge momentum killer. Trying to convince people to hold crypto on your GameFi app is sketchy at best. I hope this application is well managed and not going anything shady behind the scenes.
This would be such a helpful tool if to average down your cost base on any of the 4 currencies.
It is a good service and if you are more aggressive than I am, you can quickly earn tokens. If you haven't started using Cointiply yet, I do recommend you start.
