Hey Peeps!

In a press report released yesterday, INX announced their submission of a non-binding Letter of Intent to purchase Voyager and it's assets. 

INX describes themselves as "the world’s first fully regulated platform, merging investing and trading in security tokens, cryptocurrencies and capital raise services all in ONE place". 

This is now the 4th company that has publicly announced their bid to purchase Voyager since the FTX-Voyager deal collapsed on November 15th.

The 4 companies are:

• INX
• Binance
• CrossTower
• Wave Financial

"Our bid is a strategic next step in executing INX's vision to democratize finance and reshape existing paradigms in the market by leveraging the power and versatility of its regulated trading platform. We believe that INX can offer the right combination of credibility, technology, and unique regulatory positioning to protect Voyager customers and creditor interests - giving them the stability they are looking for." - Shy Datika, CEO of INX

As an affected customer of Voyager, it is certainly great to hear news about prospective buyers.

However, at the end of the day, all that matters to me is how big the deal is and will it maximize the amount customers recoup. 

"Voyager has a good technology stack, impressive user base and strong devoted community. We will invite them all to join the INX fast-growing community and will rebuild trust with them." - Itai Avneri, Deputy CEO of INX

It sounds like INX is looking to incorporate some of Voyager's technology, instead of just purchasing their client base and whatever market share they have left.

I am not sure that anyone will trust anything similar to Voyager again, but hopefully INX can help affected customers get back as much as possible.
