yesterday was my second enticement day to pay for gametime again. Actually I play even at work if I can for a while :-). Yesterday I decided to gold farm a bit, goldies are always needed and the price of a token for gametime is not that high.
My first tip for earning was 
It is currently selling for 500,000 gold in the auction. Drop it in HC 5 man instances in Icecrown, unfortunately it didn't even succeed twice. Drop chance is really low, but I did get lucky during WOTLK and made a quest line for the sword.
Another option is skining and then selling the dropped items, I found an easier trick on the internet that is still profitable.
The location is in the Uldum during Cataclysm so you have to switch time periods.
What we need : Cataclysm skining for Strange Bloated Stomach and skins, Potion of Treasure Finding which helps drop Tiny treasure chest and ideally fast AOE dmg, I chose rogue class.

In the screenshots you can see that crocodiles from the eggs will hang on you, you need to kill them fast and loot them out otherwise they fall to the ground and you're out of luck. Anything that doesn't fall, we'll quickly skin. The stomach and chests drop resources that players still need and so end up in the auction. Anything grey goes to the vendor right on the spot via mounts, and green stuff either ends up in the auction or on disenchant.

To sum up yesterday's hour long farm and then about 15 minutes before I processed everything and put about 3000 G into the auction.
A WoW token is worth about 240,000 G can be traded for 30 days gametime or battlenet balance which can be used to shop in the store. Well I can see it on subscription :-) and then I'll earn for the next days and maybe even the datadisk.
