From my previous post Common mistakes in buying Axies in Axie infinity, now you need to consider the buying method in axies.

Summary of common mistakes: Do not buy because it is the cheapest and no knowledge at all about Axie Infinity

Try to consider the following in buying your first three axies, We all know that as a good start, you need to get three axies. Best combination are BBP or ABP

BBP or Bird, Beast and Plant
ABP or Aquatic, Beast and Plant 

So you need three axies. When it comes to pvp even from other games, we need tank or support (aka defender) and attacker or damagers

First thing is choose the right defender, these are axies white high HP

• Plants are the best tanker you can first put in your cart, also aquatic and reptile are a good choice. 

You have your first axies- the defender, then you need two attackers., these are axies with good in damaging opponent

• You can always deal better from birds and beast as your attacker

Now you know what to choose from marketplace, next is consider the abilities or the card each axies have

• as your defender, the HP must be 50+ and choose tank with self heal and 2 defense, by this attributes, your tank will be more helpful to the team
• now your attacker, choose axies with 100+ damage, their HP and shield might be low, but can hit better in the battle
  
  

Note to self: Learn to read and know the basics especially the body parts of the axies, this will help you analyze the opponent's axies.
