Presidential Executive Order 13771 on Reducing Regulation and Controlling Regulatory Costs
I really missed this one.
Possibly the most important thing going on and I missed it.
This my friends is why my TV is yelling at me and it took me a couple of years to figure it out.
Everything else is distraction. How many citizens had any idea of this EO or the first known official mention of a company named Ripple along with plans for Money Gram?
For those who aren’t aware of Ripple or XRP now is the time to do your research.
This is where I feel obligated to mention that I’m not a financial advisor, I don’t offer financial advice, buying or selling anything because of anything I say would be inadvisable.

But that’s another book.
Ripple makes software for banks and financial institutions that reduce cost, time, and the need for trust among those who never need meet using a Distributed Ledger System. XRP is a digital asset, a kind of bridge currency. It’s a bit like gold in that it’s something all can agree upon and this, along with its utility provides value.
The ledger is based on consensus, synchronized globally, and get this….it provides “Transparency”. It means that governments, or anyone for that matter, can track or trace transactions. Imagine how this will affect tax collection.
How and why do we need to “Reset” the global monetary system?
The United Nations.
Bretton Woods: officially known as the United Nations Monetary and Financial Conference was a meeting of 44 nations between July 1 and 22nd of 1944 to establish new rules for the post WWII international monetary system.
Because of its gold reserves the U.S. dollar became the world reserve currency held by central banks for use in foreign transactions.
Nixon abolishes the Gold Standard in 1971 and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger convinces the Saudi’s to only accept U.S. dollars for oil thus the term “petro dollar”.
But the petro dollar isn’t actually backed by oil is it? Its value comes from its utility: The only currency accepted in exchange for oil which the United States doesn’t even own.
Utility.
The U.S. has used its currency as a political tool and weapon and through organizations like SWIFT have been able to enforce sanctions on other nations.
The U.S. “prints” money out of thin air and all the world knows this. No single government should be in control of the world’s reserve currency.
David Schwartz patents a Distributed Ledger 1987.
The Economist magazine predicts the demise of fiat currency and the rise of a world currency in 1988. The cover of this October edition has become famous in the crypto community.
2008 Bitcoin is created by Satoshi Nakamoto and 2009 the open source code was released. No seems to know anything else about the creator though many have speculated.
2012 Chris Larsen, Jed McCaleb, and David Schwartz create Opencoin which in 2015 would become Ripple Labs. Within the first month Ripple approached the federal government.
The International Monetary Fund, European Central Bank, and the Bank of Enlgand all support CBDC’s or Central Bank Digital Currencies.
Ripple software is currently integrated with nearly every central bank in the world.
And now, with Covid 19 the idea of money being dirty and dangerous is prominent.
No more Dutch Bros for me. They refused my cash. So what is the real value of a dollar bill?
If it can’t be used to buy a cup of coffee it has no value as a “currency”.
Also on Jan. 30, 2017, 3 Iranian nationals were detained and 1 released Chicago’s O’Hare airport.

Washington State Attorney General Robert Watson "Bob" Ferguson becomes the first state attorney general to file a complaint to immediately halt President Trump actions suspending immigration from seven countries.
In a memo Acting Attorney General Sally Yates, who was appointed by Obama, directs the Department of Justice not defend the Presidents Executive Order on Immigration stating its defense was not consistent with the department's obligation to "always seek justice and stand for what is right."
Is there a precedent for this? The Presidents nominee has not been confirmed yet. How long will the democrats be able abuse this advantage? Our President is being denied legal representation required to defend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and protect the citizens of the United States of America who elected him. Yet the opposition wants to ensure that people, not just refugees but all people around the world, have the RIGHT to enter the U.S. The right to invade. Arlo Guthrie must have been mistaken “this land ain’t made for you and me.” Come on sing it! Flash forward again and Nancy Pelosi pushes to remove citizenship as a voting requirement in 35 states.
This is the opposition. Your opponent. Your enemy. They don’t like you. Get it?
Oops! Never mind. “You’re fired” Sean Spicer states that Sally Yates has "betrayed the Department of Justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States."
A constant assault on the sovereignty of the United States by the enemy within. She is an unelected bureaucrat who betrayed her oath of office. She served at the pleasure of the President. She defied a legal order. She had the right to step down, but had absolutely no authority to instruct the DOJ to defy a legal order from the President of the United States. Did she actually think that she had more authority than the elected President of the United States of America? This was at the very minimum gross insubordination. What’s worse is that she actually broke the law. Knowingly and defiantly. These actions provide assistance to our enemies in many ways. Is she really openly attempting to provide access to our country to those who would do us harm? That’s treason intent or not. That makes her part of the enemy movement.
Sally Yates was appointed by former President Obama and is another example of a government official seizing authority without consent of the people and in defiance of the oath of office she has sworn to uphold. Just like the constitutional lawyer that appointed her she was entrusted to uphold the laws and the constitution of the United States. She issued an illegal order. Knowingly, defiantly, and without legal basis or authority.
Sally Yates was never elected to the presidency or any other office for that matter, not that she didn’t have an opportunity to choose that path because legally she met the qualifications, but she didn’t even try, she didn’t campaign, she didn’t get any votes! She was appointed by the President of the United States to temporarily fill one of our nations’ most important positions until our elected representatives approved his nominee. She had a major responsibility to uphold the law and protect our nation but instead chose a life of crime and open rebellion in the realm of government.
Her overt conduct and attempt at organization tends toward insurrection against the established order, subversion of the constitution, and resistance to lawful authority. This is called wait for it…..sedition. People like Sally Yates are dangerous.
And…President Trump names Dana Boente from eastern Virginia as Attorney General pending the confirmation of Sen. Jeff Sessions. Boente was appointed as Virginias AG by Obama and has instructed the DOJ to defend the Presidents order. All resolved in a fraction of a day. Good job new guy.
