What do you think of Elon Musk and his latest crazy words about Bitcoin? Yes Bitcoin is not the most environmentally friendly product on the planet - but is bar far nowhere near the polluter that it is being made out to be. 

On many occasions I have stated that it is the manufacturers of all the computers and equipment, inclusive of components, that are the root cause of most environmental problems - it seems on many occasions the manufacturers, lobbies and media wish to pass the buck onto the average consumer - it does not wash with me this climate emergency unscientific madness - our sun is about to go into its next solar phase, and early at that - this and the fact that humans make up for only 0.3% of Co2 in the atmosphere... As humans we need to stop being easily blagged by manufacturers and media, along with corporate enterprises seeking to profit, then creating incomprehensible climate studies - it's bonkers.

Anyhow on with the show - so Elon Musk took to his Twitter Account to answer a few questions - obviously Tesla and Bitcoin was a bit of a focus... However during one exchange Elon Musk stated that his company Tesla will indeed be returning to accepting Bitcoin - and that his release of 10% of his Bitcoin stash was to realise if liquidity in BTC could be established quickly - we all know this will be back by now.

Elon also eluded to the environmental side of BTC again, suggesting Bitcoin mining needs to be proving to be being slightly Greener... However there is evidence that this already happened some time ago, and the pattern for BTC carbon footprint has been dropping quicker than first realised.

BTC is going nowhere and Elon knows this. But for a guy that crashes rockets for a living, build cars with rare earth mined materials, and is about to go pollute Mars - it is a little erroneous to be suggesting Bitcoin is a major polluter - with Elon now saying Tesla will resume payments in BTC, it could be just matter of days before the Elon buy back is on... Maybe we beat him to it eh fellow HODLers?
