Lately guys it became popular that we can monetize our browsing time. At least to the people who are interested in the cryptocurrency. This means that we are getting paid while doing something on the PC which we would be doing for free. I am one of the people that is spendiing most hours of the day infront of PC and If I am not watching some movie or playing a game I am busy browsing for videos, news, searching something interesting topics to read, chatting with friends on Facebook and so on. All of those activities I'd be doing them anyway, so why not earning some crypto. Of course you guys should not expect this to make you rich. Depending on your setup you can earn from few cents to a dollar or two a day while browsing. Let me explain some more about the tools you need to do that.
Disclaimer: Bellow you will be able to find my referral links for the projects I will tell you about. I'm sorry if someone feels offended by that, but I'm sure they can find a way around it if they do not want to join my affiliate network.
Lets go back to the topic with the tools needed to earn while browsing:

1) Brave Browser - Chromium based browser that offers most of the features of Google's Chrome, but excluding the Google Account login option. All the setting you have will be saved locally on your PC. The general idea here is that Brave has built-in Adblock solution and only displays Brave's adds, when the user has enabled them for viewing and it is getting paid in BAT for it. Depending on the location where you are based you can be earning different amounts of BAT per month. Here in Bulgaria I get about $1 per month. But I hear from other users that in other locations they are able to get 40-50 BAT each month or even more. I guess it depends how many adds Brave will have for you during the month.
Additionally, you can install Brave on Android and iOS too and use it instead of what your phone comes with. This month I received 3.7 BAT on my laptop and 2.2 BAT on my mobile. And keep in mind I do use 4 different browsers on my daily driver laptop so probably I could be earning more.
By any means I do not say that Brave is the perfect solution. It is not, there are things I dislike about them - the fact that they are boasting how pro-privacy they are and then they make deal with Uphold wallet which requires KYC to withdraw your earnings. I dislike the no google login "feature" as I like to have access to all my stuff in my google account.
On other hand Brave can benefit from literally any Chrome Extension which is great. One more cool feature is that you can use the earned BAT from yourself to tip different authors on the internet who's work you enjoy.

2) CryptoTab is another Chromium based browser with integrated miner in it. Basically the user is rewarded in Bitcoin if he wants to use his unused processing power to obtain some Bitcoin. The Browser is mining some other coin which is profitable at the moment, but pays you in Bitcoin. The cool part is the withdraw limits are very very low - 0.00001 BTC and are happening within a day after you request it directly to your wallet of choosing. Naturally, you would be earning more FIAT if you would start mining Monero or some other CPU mineable coin, but you will be missing on the multilevel affiliate network where you receive 15% of the earnings of the people you invite, plus 10% of the people they invite and so on. This does not cost anything to your referrals, they will not earn less if they joined from your link.
Anyway, about the Browser itself, it is pretty fast similarly to the other Chromium based projects, it does support Google account login and also all the Chrome Extensions in the Web Store. The only thing that is required from you to start mining is to keep the browser open. On more powerful machines it does not even effect the performance on the PC. I usually play games and mine at the same time on my Ryzen 5 laptop.

They also have mobile apps(one free browser and one paid) which I made article for yesterday and you can check it here.
3) Netbox is yet another Chromium based browser. Here the creators have implemented a Core Wallet into it for their own coin NBX. The point here is that they will give you 20 NBX as a start if you join from my referral account and create a wallet. Additionally you will receive 1 NBX for the wallet creation itself and another 3 NBX in 1 week usage, and another 6 NBX after 1 month. This is how their referral system works -> you invite people they get 20+1 NBX for wallet creation, another 3 after a week and 6 after month, but you will also be getting the same amounts. What you can do with your earnings is staking. It is literally super easy to stake the coins and get daily rewards from that activity. Additionally as you stake the coins you will be paid for your browser activity during the day. The rewards from the activity reward are not consistent, some days I get 0.02 NBX, other I get 1.3 NBX. There is also an option to run a masternode for NBX from the browser which requires 10 000 coins. It is a hefty price of over 600 USD at the moment so I do not see without investment you can do it right away. Perhaps if you find a way to invite thousands of people you might be able to collect them in a month or two. For about 3 and half weeks I grew my earnings from 21 to 73 NBX without actively using the browser all the time, just by keeping it open in the background and occasionally using it to search some stuff online. For the staking and the masternode, Netbox requires to be open.

4) Presearch is an extension for Chromium based browsers which when installed and enabled pays the user for searching google with the PRE token. The payments are funded by displaying adds between the searches. Those take about 2 seconds so they are not too intrusive. Additionally with the earned tokens you can do the so called Keyword staking, which is a nifty tool which can be used from you to promote your referral links or your business. I have article about it here.
So my idea for maximizing your browsing earnings is combining those 4 tools. Pick one of Brave or Netbox as main browser for let's say social media and the other as a work tool. Integrate both of them with Presearch and every time you need to find something you just do that:

And you will be receiving 0.25 PRE for this. Ofc, there is daily limit for searches you can do. Creating multiple accounts on Presearch is against therms of service so do not try that. So, while using both Netbox, Brave and Presearch combined you will be receiving NBX, BAT and PRE. About CryptoTab, I'd suggest to just keep it open in the background if you want. Of course you can use it as main browser but you would be missing the benefits from Netbox and Brave if you do that.
Currently Google Chrome which I have been using for the past over 10 years does not compel me to keep using it and not switch to any of those newer solutions that are giving me some value for being part of their system.
I hope guys you find this useful. Thanks for reading.
