Just on the outskirts though, that’s an ideal choice.

Tech In Your Hotel

As we live in the age of technology now, you can’t forget about adding tech to your hotel. Like all other businesses, hotels need to get on board with the tech revolution, or they’re going to be left behind. So, we strongly recommend making your hotel an electronic hotel, meaning that you don’t have the traditional keycards, but instead offer alternatives to open doors and access areas across the site.

If you do want to still have access cards, you can offer these alongside the electronic options to ensure that there is choice for those who decide to stay with you.

What Will Draw People To You?

Ultimately, you need to make sure that people are drawn to you, and want to choose your hotel over the other options that they have. This means that you’re going to have to market your business well, and ensure that you’re coming up on local searches when people are looking for somewhere to stay. 

Social media marketing, and using keywords for content are a good place to start with this, helping you to rank higher in the SERPs. Ideally, you want to partner with a marketing agency that specializes in hotels, as they will have the knowledge and expertise to make this happen.
