We currently have several cryptocurrencies on the market. At the time of writing this article, according to the monitoring site CoinGecko, we have over 6900 cryptocurrencies out there. Among them, we have so called tokens. Basically, tokens are cryptocurrencies that depend on a platform of another cryptocurrency to operate.

In this article, I intend to review the ZCore project token. Yes, the same project responsible for the ZMS platform (ZCore Masternodes System) which stands out for being one of the largest masternode hosting platforms in the crypto world.

The ZCore Token is a cryptocurrency, running on the platform of the Ethereum network and basically consists of a token linked to a POS (Point of Sale) payment system in hardware and software, the ZCore Pay.

The integration with ZCore Pay will be done so that the token is accepted in physical payment machines and in the software for computer and cell phone through QR Code. In addition to ZCRT, it will also accept: Bitcoin, Ethereum and ZCore.

Why Ethereum?

Ethereum is one of the best known networks for creating tokens, allowing transparency, agility and reliability in transactions. These characteristics motivate the creation of smart contracts and digital assets for transfers and exchanges.

The ZCore token has the following features:

  • Fast Transactions: The Ethereum network is very fast, ensuring more agility in transactions involving the token, remembering that you need Ether (ETH) to cover transaction fees.
  • Wide availability on exchanges: Many exchanges accept the ERC20 Ethereum token standard, making it easier to implement on Centralized and Decentralized exchanges.
  • Less volatility: The token has a fixed supply and does not rewards per stake, thus being less prone to volatility.
  • Ideal for ZCore Pay: The features presented above make it ideal for the ZCore Pay solution, facilitating everyday transactions.

ZCore Swap

If you are interested in the ZCore Token and want to perform the swap process, perform the following procedures:

1 — Install the Metamask extension in your browser via the Chrome Web Store, if you’re on a Chromium-derived browser. If you are on Firefox, use the Mozilla Add-ons. If you are using it for the first time, remember to back up your security words, write them down in a safe place.

2 — Add the token to your metamask wallet by visiting the website: . Click on the option “Add to Metamask”, a pop-up will appear asking your permission for the metamask to recognize the token, accept it.

3 — Access the website: A pop-up will appear asking for your permission for the website to connect and recognize your Metamask ETH wallet. Accept and fill in the rest of the form with your email and the amount you wish to exchange.

4 — After clicking on “Request Swap”, instructions will be sent to your email, as well as the link with more information for you.

Remember that the ZCore team is not responsible if you send or provide an incorrect wallet address.

You can only send 1 time and you must correctly send the amount you want. For each additional swap transaction, you must make a new request on the page:

5 — Enter the link sent to your email and follow the instructions on the screen, sending the desired amount of ZCR informed at the beginning to exchange at the address provided.

6 — Provide the TXID of your ZCore network transaction and save the form. The TXID is a set of numbers and letters that identify your transaction on the blockchain. In this case I will be exchanging 100 ZCR to receive 10 ZCRT. Those 100 ZCR that I sent, will be burned.

7 —Save the form. At the top of the page, your link will appear to track the status of your transaction.

8 —Wait until your status is “Swap received”.

Ready! Your ZCRT tokens should already appear in your metamask wallet.
