What is ChangeNOW?

The exchange takes place between about 2 to 20 minutes, depending on how long a new block appears on the network. Most orders take place within minutes. You have the option to choose between classic and fixed-rate. The fixed-rate consists of ensuring that the rate does not change in any way.
