The Traditional Mining Formula
Daily output per user = daily output of the mining pool * staked amount/total staked amount
In this way the whales get the most mining rewards, To solve this issue DEGO introduced Liquidity mining with algorithmic adjusted. In DEGO, they used deterministic algorithms for liquidity mining, they converting the LP tokens staked by users into POWER and getting earnings by that power.
Daily output per user = daily output of the mining pool * POWER / total POWER
POWER = staked LP token amount * coefficient of correspondence
They divide users into three ranges according to their staked amount:
Worst range: users with the most staked amount
POWER=1*staked amount
Best range: users with the intermediate staked amount
POWER=5*staked amount
Common range: users with the smallest staked amount
POWER=3*staked amount
If the total number of users increases by 100 people, then the worst range and also the best range increased by 10 slots, up to a maximum of 50 people.
And another important is If the user staked less than three days, 10% of the earnings will be deducted during withdrawal and transfer to the dividend pool.
