It's a quite good news, that comes along the day and seems that the FED (US Federal Reserve), the Central Bank of United States is studying the Viability of an issuance of a CBDC.

The FED Governor, is in Favour of a research and study of the benefits of a digital dollar by the US Central Bank. It's not defined for now, and the FED, is just getting more knowledge and the benefits to have their own digital dollar based on Blockchain.

For reaching that goal in improvements about the digital dollar and the benefits, the FED, is also following the steps from BoE (Bank of England), making partnerships with other Central Banks.

Also to note that all this news and creation of CBDCs, come after the world of Finances saw the Project from Facebook, Libra, as a treat to the Financial and Sovereign stability.

Following that, despite doing own research for a digital coin since 2014, China increased their running to put their digital Yuan on the market, and since June 2019, more and more Central Banks are entering the world of digital coins based in Blockchain Technology.

The FED in my opinion, took a lot of time out of this scenario, as the issuance of a digital dollar won't mean the paper Dollar will lose the value but can be used both until found a better way to have only one currency working more in the  domestic and International Market.

This will only makes the payments more faster, easy to track, secure and high effective in a global scale.
