I live in a country that in the last 4 years, accumulated a debt of more than $2.2 billions in illegally Loans that was made for political influencers, and transformed the Nation in one of the most Corrupted nations in the world.

The Loan wasn't asked using the traditional ways and didn't go to approval from the Senate, was a crew with influence that took this lead and manipulated the Government in order to make money for themselves and using state infrastructures as collateral... result the country emerged in a huge debt and no one knows for sure what's really happened to that money.

Diligences have been taken, few are in jail, others awaiting on trial but many still free enjoying the life because it's practical impossible to track all the illegal money direction.

Here's why Blockchain based CBDCs can be very helpful.

As we know, the Blockchain data is immutable, transparent, effective and very difficult (practically impossible) to counterfeit.

One of the reasons that took to the case being take as "sovereign debt" and transform this robbery in that status is because, the "minds" behind all scheme covered all their traces, but if CBDCs was the main Currency, that would be practically impossible to hide "where the money" goes and punish the involved.

Blockchain Technology is something that takes to adopt and protect also from, societies, peoples or Governments with criminal Behaviour, and make them pay for their activities.

Blockchain is slowly emerging and more Corporations, Nations are planning to implement this services, such as CBDC or other helpful tool.
