This has been an interesting case to follow as the developments concerning it are "confuse" and same time dubious.

The Ethereum researcher was formally indicted of assisting the Government of Pyongyang in more knowledge about Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies.

The case is resuming after ,the Researcher arrested last November following accusations of Traveling to North Korea without the authorization of the US Authorities.

Interesting to follow this case is that,there is too much "confuse" information appearing on the news,as the researcher applied for a bail,firstly denied, and then granted in December with a bound of $1,000.000.

All those developments are concerning the first accusation, not the one that is for helping the North Korea in "laundering money" using Blockchain,that is formally indicted Now!
