The Ethereum Researcher that was denied his Bail last week,this Monday an Judge granted is bail.
The Ethereum researcher that first was denied the bail allegedly because sent a message to his parents renouncing his US citizenship and with intentions to open a money laundering business in North Korea paid $1,000.000 in bond to respond the accusations freely.
Just to remember, he was arrested accused of assisting North Korea in bypassing the United States Sanctions,teaching the Pyong-Yang Government how to use Crypto for laundering money.
Accordingly to the press his Lawyer argued that his client never renounced the US citizenship and that he wasn't charged for money laundering but for violating the US sanctions.
Well, that's great to see that is appeal was considered and he may now respond the accusations out of Jail. The case is gaining traction because he's an Ethereum researcher and allegedly show the Pyong-Yang Government how to deal with Cryptocurrency for laundering money.
He has the right to defend himself and prove that his innocent 👌.
