Bithumb that's the most largest crypto Exchange in the South Korea, opened a court case to nullify the "huge" tax bill paid  to the  Authorities.

The sum was taxed due to the operations conducted by their Cryptocurrency Exchange, and following the Government politics to tax crypto business and profit from residents who deal with crypto in South Korea.

Following that, the Bithumb claimed that, paid all the $69 Million but now opened a court case trying to nullify it as they consider the amount "very absurd" to be paid as a tax bill!

Well, it's a huge sum to be paid as tax and of course the South Korean want to take their slice of the crypto business, but also they have to consider the charged tax bills... That amount is a huge stealing and of course the Court will check the viability to be considered null!

No doubts that South Korea has great plans to tax crypto and maintain the status of friendly crypto Nation but they must have ponderable reasons and fixed Tax values!

Looking forward to see the closure of this court case!
