China may not allow any kind of business involving Cryptocurrency in their Territory,except Bitcoin Mining and this one is covering more than 60% of the Total Mining pool of Bitcoin worldwide.

Being one of the Territory that Support the most Bitcoin Miners In the world also brings resurgence of criminal Behaviour among the Miners,and Ten Miners at Jiangsu Province got their Mining Equipment seized by the Authorities for stealing Electric Power to operate their mining farm.

Accordingly to the Authorities,4000 ASIC's Machines were seized and ,in the Trial the Miners voluntarily gave 14 BTC without any objection "assuming that,the assets were earned using stolen electric power".

The Mining Farms around all the China consumes a notable quantity of electric power and sometimes,there are Miners who steal it in order to run their equipment.

The Bitcoin that the Miners voluntarily gave during their Trial will be sold and used to repay the expenses made by the crew for stealing Electric Power.

It's really interesting this content involving Bitcoin Miners (legal in China) and Bitcoin (illegal in China) being discussed in the same room and the Authorities receiving the Seized BTC and use them to repay expenses!!! 

My question is,If Bitcoin is Illegal In China why the court accepted them to repay the expenses using an "illegal" asset for the Government of The Country?!!
