In August of this year, Unibright, Provide and CONA announced that they were working on a new project to establish a “Coca-Cola Bottling Harbor.” This project was focused on taking a blockchain platform previously adopted by CONA, based on Hyperledger Fabric, to the next level. This Hyperledger Fabric version was implemented by the tech partner of the twelve largest Coca-Cola Bottlers in North America, CONA Services (Coke One North America), and proved to increase transparency and efficiency in bottlers’ intricate supply chain. CONA now wants to extend the use-case from the internal network to a much larger audience. Utilizing the Baseline Protocol, the goal is to establish a “Coca Cola Bottling Harbor”, enabling a low barrier network joining process for Coca-Cola Bottling suppliers.
Who are CONA?
Coke One North America (CONA) is a platform that provides each of the 12 largest Coca-Cola Company North American bottling partners with tools they need to collaborate as one company. CONA Services manages the solution specifically to support bottlers in North America.
“Our systems are processing $21bn of revenue per annum, over 160,000 sales orders and in average 30,000 users every day. We are working with the bottlers to optimize the use of CONA process and solutions and create business growth, but also to renew our landscape in an agile, flexible delivery model. We are a Strategic Partner of the North America Coca-Cola Bottler System.”

What is the current progress with "Baselining the North America Coca-Cola Bottling Supply Chain"
Below is a video outlining the initial results and summarises nicely what the project has currently achieved. This video was shared as part of Unibright and Provide's event on the 10th of December 2020 "Baseline-as-a-Service Demoday".
What do CONA have to say about the project?
Andrei Semenov, Director of Innovation - Supply Chain at CONA, took part in the Baseline-as-a-Service Demoday and provided an extensive insight in to the project, it's strengths and how he see's it evolving and starting to go live in the near future. You can watch the full panel discussion below (~15 mins)
What we do is we start with a business case, a business value of the new technology - we are not buying tools to just play with new tools or technologies. So that's why we engage our bottling community to understand the issue, problems and opportunity we can solve. For example by removing the frequency in supply chain transactions, what would be the revenue or potential return back to the bottlers in efficiencies
