Good evening everyone and welcome back.

Taking advantage of a pleasant afternoon walk during this August 15th which represents my second day of vacation, here I am back with this new post of mine dedicated in this case to my progress on Golem Overlord and the news of the same that are slow to arrive, contrary to what I hoped .

I must admit that the pleasant feeling I'm having at the idea that for two weeks I can stay away from that unhealthy workplace, which sees me wasting hours of my precious time inside it for five days of the week, is decidedly pleasant.

Unfortunately I already know that, as happens every time, these days will fly by, and I won't even have time to get used to this situation, which will already find me forced to return to the now usual everyday life that I tolerate less and less, day after day.

It is precisely for this reason that I will try to use a part of the extra time available, which I will find thanks to this holiday period, to try to carry on, as much as possible, and in the best way I can, some of my projects in which I have committed myself, and on which, unfortunately, I am a little late compared to my initial plans, precisely because I am unable to follow them as I would like.

At the same time, however, it goes without saying that I would also like to try to rest a bit, to recharge my batteries, and be able, at the same time, to dedicate some of my attention, both to my family and to friends with whom I'm already trying to organize some meeting opportunities, including various barbecues and pizza parties.

Attempting to condense all this mass of things into just over 15 days will certainly not be a very easy undertaking, especially taking into account possible unforeseen events, such as, for example, the probable arrival of some friends of my wife, which was not budgeted at all, but which I don't feel like blowing up so as not to seem rude, but, in any case, I will try to do my best to juggle all these things, although it will not be easy.

But now enough with my usual personal digressions, from which I continue to get carried away, even all too often, using them, sometimes, today in a particular way, even as an outlet, and let's go, instead, to see my progress inside Golem Overlord.

Compared to my previous publication, as you can also see from the image I posted above, I have certainly made a lot of progress, given that my current stats have definitely improved, bringing, for example, my attack to level 14, as well as my defenses, and my Faith at 18.

All of this currently allows me daily returns which, compared to the beginning, have obviously risen, both thanks to a fair number of Scavenger Golems, which have raised the level of mining, and thanks to a "Power" which it allows me to target increasingly stronger opponents who, as a result, offer me the possibility of robbing them of ever-increasing amounts of Parts and Shards.

Obviously the increase in my ability to undermine Tokens makes me, in turn, attractive to be attacked by those players who are, in turn, stronger than me, but thanks to the latest increases I have given to my defensive line, I have to admit that, for the moment, I enjoy a relative peace of mind.

Unfortunately, however, I fear that it will not last long, since, given the drop in the value of the Parts and the Shards, if we want to hope to bring home some minimum gain, I will have to continue to further raise all my current characteristics, starting by Golems, and thus by mining power, making me, again, a ghoitto target, so I will soon be forced to take care of my defensive characteristics again.

All in a vicious circle that is causing, in reality, for a long time now I've only been continuing to reinvest in the game, without ever making any cash, and, consequently, without deriving any economic benefit from it, also because, then , we must not forget the rule that forces us to reuse eighty percent of our earnings, if we do not want to run into important limitations on our future returns.

I must admit, however, that once I reached my first goal, which is to reach the so-called breakeven point, which made Golem Overlord a "Free to play", at least for me, as had already happened with Terracore quite a lot long ago, I'm not particularly worried about the trend of things, even if I admit that I would like to monetize a part of my returns, and I probably will in the near future.

What annoys me much more, rather, is the stratospheric delay that I noticed in the advancement of all the new features that I was hoping to see within the aforementioned, ever since the introduction of the NFT, which I talked about in this post, which, however, then limited themselves, for now, to the simple arrival of the backgrounds and nothing more, effectively blocking , any other evolution, unlike what is, however, happening within Terracore, which continues, uninterruptedly, to churn out updates that make it more and more interesting, and, above all, keep the internal economy of the same.

The difference between the two games, in fact, is now practically abysmal, in terms of progress, with one that has practically done, at least for the moment, very little, and the other that, instead, continues undaunted to churn out increasingly interesting evolutions, basically decreeing the success it is having.

For the moment, in fact, if I were to suggest you to choose between the aforementioned, I really believe that I would recommend, without a shadow of a doubt, Terracore, given that those who created, and is developing it, seems to have very clear ideas on what to do, and is moving in a decidedly very intelligent way, given that, unlike the other, he is doing everything possible to always give new use cases to game tokens, so as to keep their value a little more stable.

Since, in both cases, Idle Games, it goes without saying that, however, a depreciation of the same is practically natural, and inherent in the very nature of the aforementioned, but certainly the attempts to fight this thing that one does, compared to the 'other, they are at the moment almost abysmal.

I hope, therefore, that all those NFTs that had been announced quite some time ago, but which then ended up going missing, without ever making an appearance on the same, arrive on Golem Overlord as soon as possible, since I believe the thing a fundamental process for the evolution of this game, and for the future of the same.

Approfittando di una piacevole passeggiata pomeridiana durante questo Ferragosto che rappresenta il mio secondo giorno di ferie eccomi ritornare con questo mio nuovo post dedicato in questo caso ai miei progressi su Golem Overlord ed alle novità dello stesso che tardano ad arrivare, al contrario di quanto invece speravo.

Devo ammettere che la piacevole sensazione che sto provando all'idea che per due settimane potrò stare lontano da quel malsano luogo di lavoro, che mi vede sprecare per ben cinque giorni della settimana, ore del mio prezioso tempo al suo interno, è decisamente piacevole.

Purtroppo so già che, come accade ogni volta, queste giornate voleranno, e non farò neanche un tempo ad abituarmi a questa situazione, che già mi ritroverà costretto a rientrare nell'ormai consueta quotidianità che sopporto, ormai, sempre meno, giorno dopo giorno.

È proprio per questo che cercherò di utilizzare una parte del tempo, in più, a disposizione, che mi ritroveròà grazie a questo periodo di ferie, per tentare di portare avanti, il più possibile, e nel migliore dei modi che mi riuscirà, alcuni miei progetti nei quali mi sono impegnato, e sui quali, purtroppo, sono un po' in ritardo, rispetto ai miei piani iniziali, proprio perché non mi riesce di seguirli come vorrei.

Allo stesso tempo, però, va da sé che vorrei anche tentare di riposarmi un po', per ricaricare le batterie, e riuscire, in contemporanea, a dedicare un po' delle mie attenzioni, tanto alla mia famiglia, quanto ad amici con i quali sto già tentando di organizzare alcune occasioni di incontro, tra grigliate e pizzate varie.

Tentare di condensare tutta questa mole di cose in poco più di 15 giorni, non sarà certamente un'impresa molto facile, tanto più tenendo conto anche di possibili imprevisti, come, ad esempio, il probabile arrivo, a trovarci, di alcuni amici di mia moglie, che non era per nulla preventivato, ma che non mi va di fare saltare per non sembrare maleducato, ma, comunque, cercherò di fare del mio meglio per giostrarmi tra tutte queste cose, per quanto non sarà facile.

Ma ora basta con le mie consuete divagazioni personali, dalle quali continuo a lasciarmi prendere la mano, anche fin troppo spesso, utilizzandole, a volte, oggi in modo particolare, anche come valvola di sfogo, e andiamo, invece, a vedere i miei progressi all'interno di Golem Overlord.

Rispetto alla mia precedente pubblicazione, come potete vedere anche dall'immagine che ho postato qui sopra, ho fatto certamente parecchi passi avanti, visto che le mie statistiche attuali sono decisamente migliorate, portando, ad esempio, il mio attacco al livello 14, così come le mie difese, e la mia Faith a 18.

Tutto questo, attualmente, mi consente dei ritorni giornalieri che, rispetto agli inizi, si sono, ovviamente, alzati, sia grazie ad un discreto numero di Scavenger Golems, che hanno innalzato il livello di mining, sia grazie ad un "Power" che mi consente di prendere di mira avversari, via, via, sempre più forti che, di conseguenza, mi offrono la possibilità di derubarli di quantità sempre maggiori di Part e Shard.

Ovviamente l'aumentare della mia abilità nel minare Token, mi rende, a mia volta, appetibile per essere attaccato da quei giocatori che sono, a loro volta, più forti di me, ma grazie agli ultimi aumenti che ho dato alla mia linea difensiva, devo ammettere che, per il momento, godo di una relativa tranquillità.

Purtroppo, però, temo che non durerà molto, poiché, vista la discesa del valore dei Part e degli Shard, se si vuole sperare di portare a casa un qualche minimo guadagnom dovrò continuare ad inalzare, ulteriormente, tutte le mie caratteristiche attuali, a partire dai Golems, e quindi dalla potenza di mining, rendendomi, nuovamente, un ghoitto bersaglio, per cui sarò presto costretto a prendermi nuovamente cura delle mie caratteristiche difensive.

Il tutto in un circolo vizioso che sta facendo sì che, in realtà, sia da parecchio tempo che sto continuando solo a reinvestire nel gioco, senza fare mai cassa, e, di conseguenza, senza trarre alcun beneficio economico dalla cosa, anche perché, poi, non bisogna dimenticarsi della regola che ci costringe a riutilizzare l'ottanta per cento dei nostri guadagni, se non si vuole incappare in limitazioni importante sui nostri futuri ritorni.

Devo ammettere, però, che una volta raggiunto il mio primo obiettivo, ovvero quello di arrivare al cosiddetto punto di pareggio, che ha reso Golem Overlord un "Free to play", almeno per quanto mi riguarda, così come era già successo con Terracore parecchio tempo fa, non sono più particolarmente preoccupato dell'andazzo delle cose, anche se ammetto che mi piacerebbe monetizzare una parte dei miei ritorni, e probabilmente prossimamente lo farò.

Quello che mi infastidisce molto di più, piuttosto, è il ritardo stratosferico che ho notato nell'avanzamento di tutte le novità che speravo di vedere all'interno del suddetto, fin da quando era stata annunciata, ormai parecchio tempo fa, l'introduzione degli NFT, dei quali avevo parlato in questo post, che però, poi, si sono limitati, per ora, al semplice arrivo degli sfondi e nulla di più, andando a bloccare, di fatto, qualsiasi altra evoluzione, a differenza di quanto sta, invece, accadendo all'interno di Terracore, che continua, ininterrottamente, a sfornare aggiornamenti che lo rendono sempre più interessante, e, soprattutto, mantengono un po' più stabile l'economia interna dello stesso.

La differenza tra i due giochi, infatti, è, ormai praticamente abissale, a livello di progressi, con l'uno che praticamente ha fatto, almeno per il momento, veramente ben poco, e l'altro che, invece, continua imperterrito a sfornare evoluzioni sempre più interessanti, decretandone, fondamentalmente, il successo che sta avendo.

Per il momento, infatti, se dovessi suggerirvi di scegliere tra i suddetti, credo proprio che vi consiglierei, senza ombra di dubbio, Terracore, visto che chi lo ha creato, e lo sta sviluppando, sembra avere le idee molto chiare sul da farsi, e si sta muovendo in maniera decisamente molto intelligente, visto che, a differenza dell'altro, sta facendo di tutto per dare sempre nuovi casi d'uso ai token di gioco, così da mantenere un po' più stabile il valore degli stessi.

Trattandosi, in entrambi, i casi di Idle Games, va da sé che, comunque, un deprezzamento degli stessi sia praticamente naturale, ed insiti nella natura stessa dei suddetti, ma certamente i tentativi di combattere questa cosa che fa l'uno, rispetto all'altro, sono al momento quasi abissali.

Mi auguro, quindi, che anche su Golem Overlord arrivino, quanto prima possibile, tutti quelli NFT che erano stati annunciati ormai parecchio tempo fa, ma che poi hanno finito per andare dispersi, senza mai far la loro apparizione sullo stesso, poiché ritengo la cosa un processo fondamentale per l'evoluzione di questo gioco, e per il futuro dello stesso.
