I have to say, I am a little shocked at the recent downturn in cryptocurrency (recent as in the past six months to a year). Is this pain we are all feeling a great buying opportunity? I recently wrote a post asking the question if this was the last best time to buy cryptocurrency.

I believe it is. I believe it is the time where I am able to buy little bits here and there, to lower the overall cost per coin or token on average. I believe there is a decent chance that the crypto I am investing in will help me retire early. 

I have to admit, I am aware that those are my thoughts and opinion.  I am not making this case out of emotion, I do think all of the macro signals are good. The most important factor that I believe makes this true, or likely to be true is the increasing institutional and government involvement in cryptocurrency. 

Now, again, most cryptocurrency are scams and worthless. So it is not a blanket statement about the whole of cryptocurrency.  There are real value and real world use cases for cryptocurrency. Those will survive and go up in value.

Although, I am hopeful and looing forward to the time crypto goes up and up and stabilizes some. I am also thankful I can use apps and other things to buy more cryptocurrency to increase my holdings.
