Nowadays, people are trying to balance many things, and one of them is the long-standing issue of the differences between men and women. This can be applied to many areas, but in this case, I’d like to focus on the financial aspect. Some women, even when holding the same position as a man, earn less in terms of salary or career recognition. In my opinion—and I believe many others share this view—that is completely wrong. After all, both genders, both individuals, have worked hard to reach that position, facing challenges and overcoming obstacles along the way.
The position is that you have to define salary, rights and duties and not just because you are male or female, as well as the color or religion you follow, I believe these things cannot influence, after all, the position will need you to do something to solve, so if you are male or female, but can do what is requested, that's what is needed. No one should receive facilities for being from one sex or another, just as none should be penalized for it. Both built the goal, studied, made a contest, applied for the vacancy and so did what it took to get there in the rules.
There are so many crazy things about this, for example, if you have a family, but the woman earns more than the man, damn, there are people who problematize it and I keep thinking, what's the problem with that? The two are there for their family, I think the couple have to talk and get into a deal about expenses and everything and not stay in this cable of war that only the man has to provide everything and the woman pass and washing at home. Balance is knowing that the person who will determine this is his knowledge and his heart, not gender.
I think this balance determines for everyone who, regardless of what you are or believes to be, will be qualified and praised for being able to profit from the company where it works, in your business, without being dismembered or penalized for being male or female. Your mind is that you will work, each of you will find a way to solve everything for it, even if society is discriminating, everyone deserves to be recognized for what it has produced, for your effort and sweat, I think this is the best way to show the importance of this gender equality.
Finally, I believe it is everyone to try to improve this, this distribution of income, rights and duties, based on what you do in the hierarchy of where you are and not by gender. This kind of thing fits not only for the corporate, but for example, even elsewhere, such as at home, there are many differences between what a man and a woman do, so perhaps balance in this part is also necessary, because there, in practice, the two are in the same position, which is taking care of the house and family.
