Hive Posh: This Week's Highlights! #6

Welcome to another best of the week From the Hive Posh project! This week was a little quieter for me, but I ended up getting involved in other projects and ideas, which is why I didn't interact much here. But, I'm bringing you the snaps that caught my attention!

The VSC as we knew it has become MAGI, so even though the name is different and very cool, this great news is closer than ever. The MAGI protocol is about to launch! With the possibility of logging in with an EVM wallet and many other features such as HBD staking and Liquidity Pools (LPs), we are all eager for it to go live!

Some key points and objectives of MAGI will be:

To provide liquidity/collateral for LPs and profit from fees.
To expand the reach of Hive, reducing dependence on centralized exchanges (CEX).
And finally, to simplify cross-blockchain trading.

Even though its launch scheduled for November 11th didn't happen, we are close to that big moment, as MAGI will be launched practically shortly after Hard Fork 28, scheduled for the 19th! Let's wait and when it happens, it will be incredible!

A cool interaction here. From what I could see, the user kashvi suffered some kind of censorship, and because of that, the official Hive profile on X shared some points that make Hive different from everything else: immutable blogs, resistant to censorship, open-source tools, and the possibility of developing many others, and here we don't need to worry about KYC or anything like that.

Create your account, post, interact, engage, earn—all this practically at your fingertips in just a few clicks. Never be censored again! Long live freedom of expression, energized by the Hive!

Cositav shared something sensational! The first Hive event in Peru! I usually see many users and content from Venezuela and my beloved country Brazil, but in other neighboring countries it seems that the Hive is still a great mystery, lands to be explored!

So, having events to attract new people and spread the word about Hive in Latin American countries can certainly have a great impact. We are a large potential market, since we are countries where people are always looking for an extra source of income, and creating content for Hive can be a great idea! Much success to the Hive members in Peru!

Here we can see another case of censorship or a banned and blocked account. Imagine after 8 years of using a messaging app and building your entire portfolio of clients, friends, and values, and then simply having your account blocked? Or frozen, I don't know if it would be the same thing, but anyway, you're out, you're out.

At Hive, that doesn't happen! You can share whatever you want, whenever you want, monetize, it's censorship-resistant, and you're free to chat with your friends and followers. Here, we can share our ideas without fear! I believe it's important to try to bring influential people to Hive; they can bring many more of their followers to Hive, and thus, we'll have more active profiles! Let's keep trying!

Finally, another reminder of what Hive is all about! Zero transaction fees, zero barriers, and 100% control over our accounts. We should always remember that Hive is about freedom, friendship, engagement, and that our true value isn't always in the absolute value of the token, but in the community, in everything we are to each other!

Innovation and transparency are what Hive can provide for everyone; you just need to want it, try to engage with people, learn about projects, and share what you like. That's what Hive is all about.
