Trevor's Top 15 Tested "Earn Extra Crypto" List

Why hello there people! - Author: Trevor Balthrop

New to Crypto or looking for new options?

This list was created to help save us time, money, and keep new investors safe.

Here are Trevor's Top 10 Ways to Earn More Crypto:

1. Referrals are King

Now let's not lie, this article is going to have referrals to help out the Author. Except that the "Author" actually took an ass load of time compiling this for readers. In hopes that someone will actually follow even a few of these things and find out that they actually earned an extra lump of change for a cup of joe at Starbuckaroos.

Yes, this article is going to have referrals for you to use. Use them wisely young grasshopper!

That is why this is the number one tip for this world which is remember to use referrals. Always try to use someone else's referrals, always try to get people to use your referrals (without being a nuisance of course) and always remember to click on it first to sign up. Nothing is worse than when a relative or friend says "Hey Richard son! I signed up for that thing you told me about!" only to find out Gramps forgot to sign up immediately after using your link.

Learn how to use your referral links! Keep all of your referral links in the same place too like a word doc. Some people even go as far as to write them down. Whatever works best for you!

Be patient too!

Referrals sometimes take a long time to pay out or require certain tasks to be met. For instance, a deposit of $100 must be made and the account needs to be open for 30 days before you both get credit.

So don't worry! The credit will be there if you give it some time. Some referrals payout really flippin' dang well too. Even just landing one feels like a great payout as long as you don't forget and everyone involved sticks to it.

Lastly, don't be a Melvin meaning don't be that guy meaning... don't try to commit referral abuse! Not only is it a difficult waste of your time, if you manage to figure it out, but you'll also get the ban-hammer quickly. Probably on all connected accounts too.

2. Airdrops, Games, and Surveys

Airdrops have had rough times and I hope they get better again. Although they have had a bad wrap with scams, Airdrops still have the ability to be fun when applied correctly. Airdrops don't seem to happen as much as everyone would like to think. So there is that downfall that yes it is going to be a while before you get a legitimate airdrop of good altcoin cryptocurrency of some kind. Yes too, it may not be for all that much unless your lucky. However, they do still happen and it is still exactly what it sounds like it is. Which is a free minuscule drop of money for you to withdraw, convert, and/or hold onto.

Games have had a long time emerging in the Bitcoin scene with many games being based mostly around gambling. While Gambling games are great if you know how to control your spending habits. The fact of the matter is there have not been many blockchain-based games that payout. Well if you haven't heard yet, those days are changing slowly! Thanks to the creators over at Bitcoin Aliens, they have concocted a game that is not only entertaining, but it literally pays you in Bitcoin to play the dang thang. (Try it out here -> https://www.bitcoingameapps.com/track.php?ref=7712631). This company went further too, they made a few more apps as well that are more based around slot-style mechanics of gameplay. One awards you in Bitcoin Cash BCH (Try it here ->https://bitcoinaliens.com/?ref=1092338&game=7&pf=2) while the other awards you in Litecoin Satoshis (Try it here ->https://bitcoinaliens.com/?ref=1092338&game=8&pf=2). The only catch is that there are ads so other than that there is really no reason not to use these. The winnings add up and can be withdrawn straight to your favorite wallet every Tuesday!

Surveys have always been around for many people to make a little tiny bit of extra money. Now we have the option of taking surveys in exchange for crypto! Who would have thought right? Anyways! Surveys can be completed using many of the apps featured here in fact. Even the Bitcoin Aliens app has what is called AdGem offers that allow you to get bitcoin for installing certain apps. Do not ignore this! Surveys are not hard, just time consuming, and boring. Get past that and you will be a survey junkie in no time.

3. HODL for Cash Back "Staking"

Staking, Baking, Lending, whatever you want to call it, just do it! Figure out how much you can spare first of course but then do it!

Banks are cruddy offering us crap like 1.25% APY on our savings that we give them to hold onto for us. While they hold onto our money and make money off of it sitting there. We make either 1.25% or we make nothing because we didn't put anything into a savings account.

For that to be financially changing and beneficial you would need to have a savings account of over $100,000 USD and even then your return on investment for that 100k would only amount to an extra $1250 in your bank account. Not to mention it took 12 whole months of it sitting there for it to accrue. Meanwhile, your bank is staking your funds making money off of nothing but what you're willing to keep in your savings!

Sure would feel a hell of a lot better if we could get some of that too wouldn't it? It would! It can happen right now too if you pick wisely and have a tiny bit of extra dough set aside. The best part is too, Staking and HODL'ing onto your extra dough can be flexible and payout in as little as one week. Versus having to wait a whole year just to even see any increase at all. Some places let you do this for as much as 20% for their Crypto!

HODL your money for a while and Stake it at the same time. Trust me, you will not want to hold your money any other way ever again. It's almost hard to withdraw it now at times because it is fun to see how it rises! It, of course, will fall at times too but that is the whole idea of HODL too! Exchanging currencies to earn more money is not by any means an instant thing. Maybe sometimes an overnight thing! But definitely not immediate, and definitely not always overnight or even over the month. Be patient, HODL, and take advantage of staking!

4. Exchanges like Binance and Coinbase

Joining an exchange is pretty standard when entering the world of crypto but the trading aspect of it maybe isn't for everyone. Knowing how to trade is definitely recommended! Getting free money is also recommended so this is why it is highly recommended picking an exchange that could be your favorite. There are a few very popular and reputable trading exchanges for Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies. Here are a few and why they may be good or bad for you:

Binance - This is an exchange that has been around for a long time and is actually so well known. That when recent rumors went around about a possible Chinese Government raid on one of their buildings. Prices in the market were noticeably affected by this! Binance owners have since disproved the wild claim and are now going as far as to sue the original content creator of the claim. So yeah! Binance doesn't f*** around guys! They even have gone as far as to open up an office in the United States this way they can introduce and offer people in the US their favorite cryptocurrencies for trade. The cool part is you can actually have two accounts with them now because of this. Their servers are treated completely separate even though they are under the same umbrella. Sign up for the United States version of Binance here -> https://www.binance.us/?ref=35049952 or if you are looking to sign up for the original Binance exchange click this link here instead -> https://www.binance.com/en/register?ref=21707217

Coinbase - This one is a bit of a given now that it has dominated for so long. Coinbase not only has a referral system that pays, but it also offers ways to "Earn" money by learning about different Cryptocurrencies. The videos are actually really interesting and insightful too! They often provide a lot of information people don't get to here often but need to. Coinbase not only gives you the option to earn about $40 from learning watching videos. They give $10 for each referral that deposits $100, they let you do Staking on both Tezos XTZ and USD Coin, they provide in App news, accessible via App on your phone or computer, and if you're the trading type. Offers the best there is in avoiding costly transaction fees or network fees. Give it a whirl using this link and we will both get a little bit of extra something! Try that out here if you so please -> https://www.coinbase.com/join/balthr_y

Pro Tip: Use Coinbase Pro to lower your purchasing fees!

5. Use Brave Browser (BAT)

Google Chrome is good I guess! For the options, we have had over the past decade. We have had to resort to crappy options like Edge. They do the job! But they definitely don't do what they should be doing. Which is protecting our privacy and giving us the option to block ads & trackers.

That is where Brave comes in! They have been around since about 2017. The interface was built off of chromium making it compatible with Chrome Extensions. It was built to help you control what websites try to learn about you. All by offering the ability to block these things.

Not only is it great for protecting your family and friends from terrible intrusive ad injections. The browser now has the ability to pay our users and tip website owners using BAT. The Basic Attention Token is Brave's cryptocurrency for the project that is the privacy browser.

On top of that, the swiftness of the browser is faster than regular google chrome. Pretty dang impressive!

This very well could be the privacy token that breaks out strong this year! If you don't have it yet be sure to try it out using this link. We will both get a referral reward courtesy of Brave.

6. Tip on Publish0x or become an Author

Ha! Good one! This one is an obvious choice and one that we should be familiar with already if you're reading.

Publish0x has started an interesting and impressive way to read what the community thinks about current Cryptocurrency News.

The best part about this website is not that it allows you to tip Authors for articles you like. It lets you do this Free from Publish0x's rewards pool.

Even better, if you are not an author, you still get paid for reading and tipping on posts. That makes Publish0x an excellent place to start introducing your way into the cryptocurrency scene.

Payouts are rewarded after a very reasonable limit and after approval. Gets deposited into your favorite wallet address every Monday after your request

Now you may already know all of this already!

However...

Do not forget that friends and family can start tipping too if you decide to be an author. Recommending Publish0x to people you know is undoubtedly beneficial both for friends, family, you and Publish0x!

While reading this if you don't officially have an account yet. Don't worry about having to look far for a referral!

7. Avoid ICO's unless heavily researched

Whether you are new, coming back, or never left. This top tip applies to everybody.

Initial Coin Offerings or ICO's are exciting times for many great places.

The terrible reality of this is, these companies get crowded by smaller less reputable ICO's who promise greater rewards.

These offerings are scams a lot of them. Getting overly excited about ICO's can be death to not only your wallet but many other ICO's that actually do have something long term to offer.

Do not be fooled!

Make sure before signing up for anything, you look into and read reviews about the company. The service they offer should be known to repeatedly offer what it says it is offering you.

As always remember, if it seems too good to be true. It probably is!

8. Cointiply is amazing... Join Faucets!

Faucets have become really great places to earn a little bit of extra cryptocurrency.

The trick to Faucets is to hold back from spending or wasting any crypto that you earn from them.

Most faucets award free crypto once an hour. All you have to do is solve a ReCaptcha, roll, and get your reward!

These are the few I have tested that I have found are safest, actually payout, and offer additional ways to earn faster.

Cointiply is highly recommended! Access your Cointiply account either by desktop, mobile browser, or download the Cointiply app.

It offers tons of ways to earn coins including an impressive way to HODL your crypto. Hold your crypto with them and they will give you 5% interest every day on all that you hold. Definitely check out how that works if you try this out!

Otherwise, you may simply earn by watching ads, participating in promos, surveys, and a really awesome Chat Room Rain Pool that awards everyone in the chat crypto after hitting certain tasks together. Pretty sweet feature!

9. Turn Gift Cards into Cash then buy Crypto

Now it might be too late to mention this or maybe you're like a lot of people and forget about old gift cards lying around.

Dust off those new or old gift cards, bite the bullet and sell those puppies online for some money.

It sucks to not get their full value yes, but if you ha e a good amount of them. With the right amount and some good investing. That loss will easily be made up for in Crypto!

10. Crypto.com Offers

Hopefully, many of us reading have heard of this place already and signed up. If not then definitely try to set aside time to sign up.

Crypto.com offers some of the best interest rates for crypto in the market right now. Up to 18% if you choose to hold 10,000 CRO or more for a 3-month term.

That seems long enough for some but some people like more flexible terms. Crypto.com offers that too with still really high-interest rates. These get deposited weekly every 7 days and really does make a nice addition to have in your portfolio.

The best part about this App is it sends you a VISA card that you can use to earn cashback rewards. It makes it easy to shop for things anywhere and pay in Bitcoin or whatever other currency you choose. Personally, my household has been using it everywhere. From the grocery store to online, to at the bar for a couple of brewskis.

Here is a link to sign up! We get $50 for referrals here which is the best in the market at this time. Definitely jump on board and claim it if you haven't signed up yet

11. Cloud Mining (be cautious!)

Be cautious indeed! Scammers have used this category to exploit and steal from people. Cloud Mining is an extremely complicated beast!

The odds that someone can legitimately offer it are very slim. There may be more that I don't know of not listed here. Just please be mindful to watch out for scams! Nothing is worse than a waste of time and money when it comes to cryptocurrency.

Now for the reputable places that are tested, have good reviews, and renews hope for hu-freakin-manity.

Cryptotab Browser - Cryptotab has been worth it for many! They have a brilliant way of cloud mining that rewards you in bitcoin. It even goes as far as to let you adjust your hash rate. Using referrals on this helps your hash rate as well! So if you have multiple PC's this is a fun app to leave up while you aren't doing anything on your computer. It is pretty light too, allowing me to watch videos on youtube while it mines in the background. The withdrawal limit is low and lets you withdraw any time to any wallet of your choice.

Doge.live - This one seems new and works more like a faucet but more or less is a cloud-based mining service. It requires you to log in with your wallet address which does seem frustrating. However, it does actually payout. Refer a few people, check it once a week, and before you know it you will have a little bit of doge you can cash out to the address of your choice. If you want to give it a shot be sure to do yourself a favor and use this referral link below!

Referral Link -> https://doge.live/?d=70801

Fluidstack.io - Looking into the best and safest payout option for cloud mining. The furthest and best I could get was Fluidstack. This service is great! It takes advantage of the unused processes and idle state of your computer to turn your system into a node. The node then processes information for the node's network to help deliver content and traffic to existing places online. For compensating your idle internet usage the company pays you for your help. The minimum withdrawal amount is $5 and the max is $50. Testing this service out I have already easily maxed out and received a deposit into my PayPal account as advertised. By far the easiest and biggest chunk of passive income I have come across in a long time.

12. Smol Personal Loans (also be cautious!)

Going out on a limb here to say this but it is definitely worth mentioning. Start smol! And by smol we mean small! The interest on your small personal loan might be pretty high but when compared to staking opportunities. The money can easily gain more interest sitting in something like Tezos or Bitcoin when you see a good dip. Not to mention, if you're witty at day trading it's possible you may be able to take a small chunk of say $150 and turn it into $200 over the next few days.

The golden ticket here is to stay small! Loans are lame, however, loans are time. Paying back a small loan over time helps when you have already learned how to double the money they leaned you. Do be careful though! Loans should not be used for trading or gambling. If anything, use the loan to pay for groceries and use your regular income to trade financial assets. Don't worry pilgrim, you will get the gist of it!

Again, don't do anything el stupido! Make smart financial decisions and remember. Investing is always an extremely risky business! In no way am I a financial advisor or professional by any means. These are merely the opinions of the author based on their experience.

13. Avoid and Reduce Transaction Fees

Pesky transaction fees are the worst. We should be able to invest in cryptocurrency without paying a huge lump fee.

Since that is not the case, we have to be clever with how we deposit our funds.

Real talk too, there is always going to be some sort of transaction fee somewhere in the line.

The trick is to find out which transaction methods work the best for your investment portfolios.

The best place to start would definitely be Coinbase and Coinbase Pro!

Pro tip too, Coinbase Pro can be used as a good way to reduce these transaction fees.

There are actually some specific wallets and apps that tell you the best current transaction fees.

This makes it really nice for those that really want to pinch pennies.

Not saying everyone should worry so extremely about transaction fees, but, the option is there while also being beneficial!

14. Read More News (no seriously)

Yes, it is good to read the news but as long as you read with caution. No one should believe everything they hear and no one should be glued to the internet so badly. Read, read, read! Check your sources, read the comments, look up reviews, search keywords.

Gain as much knowledge as you can handle for one sitting! Then take a break and forget out it. Come back to reading later and pick up where you left off. Or come back and enjoy the likings of some other idea having thought of prior.

Of course, Publish0x is a fun great new way to reward users. However, it is not the only news source we have for cryptocurrency and bitcoin.

Places like Crypto News or Cointelegraph are known to shell out some interesting topics as well as breaking news articles.

15. Buy Bitcoin

Want to know what helps the price of bitcoin go up?

It's super-secret!

...

Just kidding! It is actually quite simple and it should be the reason why no one should not have a little bit of bitcoin lying around somewhere.

Although it is tough to understand what the true volume of the market is for Bitcoin at any given time.

The fact here is that we should always check the volume of our market caps each day or each week if not as active.

When the volume of the entire market goes up, it is because more money has been converted to Bitcoin.

Buy bitcoin!

Still, very few amounts of the entire global population have even invested.

The more and more people add to this volume and learn about this beautiful blockchain-based invention. The higher the price of Bitcoin will rise!

It is estimated that around 6% to 7% of the world has invested in cryptocurrency.

The price of Bitcoin when writing this article is currently $7983.88 USD which means that if even just half of the global population put $1 into Bitcoin.

The price of bitcoin would rise from its current volume of $209 billion to just $212 billion.  That might seem like a small increase especially since we just saw it jump a couple dozen billion over the last few days. However, this is only if half the globe put in only $1. The likelihood of everyone putting in anything less than or equal to a dollar is extremely unlikely.

Bitcoin should be the global currency representing the price of our worldly economy. It should represent how valuable we perceive the world!

The Earth itself will always be priceless, but the objects among it are globally united now. Buying bitcoin might mean you lose out a little bit.

And the truth is we are never going to see the results we want very quickly.

It just takes time! Buy when you think there is a true dip. If it was not a true dip well then you should probably HODL those tokens for awhile!

Bitcoin is here to stay and never going away thank goodness! HODL those Bitcoins and stay safe in the world of cryptocurrency by learning how to Buy it. Not necessarily how to sell it 🤑

After all, the best way to earn more crypto, is to have crypto to begin with!

Thank you for reading! Extra thank you's for using referrals and/or tipping!

Respectfully,
