Gold is really REALLY good to have as an investment.
To some it sounds far-fetched or too niche to take part in.
The truth is Gold investments really truly are good for everyone holds for a long time.
Of course, there is worry that the Gold you are buying is a scam.
Like with anything though, we all need to do our own full research.
Finding the right place to Buy gold should not be difficult in the age of technology.
Odds are likely someone close to social circle already has Gold of their own.
One thing that is really cool about Gold holders is they love introducing new people to the market.
Sure it might seem like something only "Collectors" or "Antique" hoarders do.
However, that is only minimally true since the real purpose of good is to always have a physical store of value.
Gold has filled a void in the monetary system for thousands of years.
Gold too has had its ups and downs like with anything.
For instance we may need to look out for mining Gold on asteroids.
Maybe we need to look closer at how Gold can be forged from a Nuclear Power Plant.
These are two extreme example of the future of Gold holding and what could effect the investment.
There are many more examples for Gold hodlers to keep in mind with Gold's fluctuating price.
Regardless of what happens to Gold's price that truth and the sentiment is that Gold will always trend up making it the perfect long-term investment.
Weed
1 Ounce of Marijuana at this time is worth anywhere from $200 to $500 USD depending on location.
That's right ladies and gentlemen we are talking about Marijuana investing!
If you have skipped through the investment world recently or lit a joint recently.
Maybe you have heard word of a cute little thing called Marijuana Stock Options?
As if times are not already strange enough with Marijuana laws so relaxed in so many places.
Now you can hit a bong comfortably while buying shares in the same company that helped make this also possible!
Places like Canopy Growth CGC or Green Thumb Industries GBTIF are among a few of some of the most popular publicly traded marijuana stocks available today.
It will only be a matter of time before its legal status changes which will be one huge signal for these stocks to moon hard.
After that happens I am willing to bet that at least one of these Cannabis stocks will make their way into the S&P 500.
Which would be yet another signal to cash in on Marijuana trading options.
So you have 1 ounce of Gold and now you have an ounce of marijuana to tie you over for awhile.
What is missing from this strange investment picture?
Whiskey
At this time 1 ounce of Whiskey costs whatever your local bar charges you for a shot.
So like Marijuana cost varies depending on many different factors.
Recently though Hedge Fund freaks have hit the Wall Streets hard with Rare Whiskey investments.
In fact, some people fled to Rare Whiskey before they fled to Gold!
Some of the rarest barrels of whiskey have gone for as much as $893,000 USD according to sites like www.whiskyinvestdirect.com.
Whomever made that purchase could do two things.
Drink it.
Or sell it.
Why whiskey though?
Whiskey, as many of us may already know, is distilled finely "aged" alcohol created by legendary families.
There are families across the globe that have specialized in extremely controlled whiskey making operations for thousands of years.
The family makes their notorious whiskey using whatever techniques they specialize in.
Then when their batches are ready, some of the wealthiest people in the world put themselves on a waiting list for a chance to buy.
The whiskey made in these parts of the world are in so much demand and so historically notorious.
That just one sale of a Barrel of Whiskey is enough to let these families keep the lights on, take awesome vacations, and pays for the upkeep.
Which sounds like a pretty bad ass family to be born into if you ask me!
Purchasing rare whiskey and holding onto it only makes the creations more awe-inspiring and valuable.
The whiskey has already aged to perfection according to who created the alcohol.
But just like a bottle of aged-wine, the whiskey gets better the longer it sits untouched.
So now that $893,000 investment started making itself money the moment this person bought.
The only thing that would destroy that investment is if someone were to start drinking it.
Uh oh, you poured yourself the rarest shot of whiskey in the world.
Now what?
Drinking it would deprecate the value of the whiskey yes, but maybe not!
In fact, there are many famous restaurants and bars around the world that will gladly pour you the rarest shot in the world.
With a price though of course.
Imagine buying $900,000 worth of Rare Whiskey and reselling it by the shot full marking up the price.
A shot is roughly 1.5 fluid ounces and a barrel of whiskey hold about 3968 fluid ounces.
Crunching those numbers that allows a restaurant to pour about 2645 shots of Rare Whiskey.
To break even at that rate, each shot would need to be sold at $340.27 USD
That's just to pay for itself though!
Restaurants seen holding these rare whiskeys will mark up the cost of each shot to as much as $500 and even $1k USD per shot.
If you live lavishly go for it!
Whiskey families have to eat somehow right?
Well now we have 1 Oz of Gold, 1 Oz of Weed, and 1 Oz of rare aged Whiskey.
Must be nice!
Bitcoin
Yay, we made it to Bitcoin something I understand better than all of these things here.
At this time too, 1 Bitcoin is going for $11,600 USD as of August 30th, 2020.
That may be 1 Bitcoin but what does 1 ounce of Bitcoin mean?
Bitcoin is digital it can't possibly be translated to a physical ounce, can it?
Well actually, it very much so can be translated!
In fact, there actually are physical Bitcoins out there in the world today.
These physical Bitcoin tokens can be collected but their real worth comes out when they are finally deposited.
Using the key or QR code on the back of these tokens allows owners to claim their digital bitcoin property any time from any wallet they choose.
For old school people this is pretty exciting too since it feels more like you actually own your Bitcoin.
That feeling is very much the same for owners that keep hardware wallets for cold-storage of Bitcoin.
Some people have a better connection to things that they can physically hold onto.
Admittedly so, this is probably the only area Bitcoin struggles in still to this day.
"Bitcoin is nothing but air!" as some of these players say.
If that were the case though, how come Bitcoin works I use it or someone else uses it.
And how come 1 Bitcoin is worth more than 1 ounce of Gold?
Realize this if you have not already!
1 ounce of a Bitcoin token with a code on the back.
Is worth about 10x more than a Gold ounce.
Now Bitcoin might not be as valuable as a rare thing of Whiskey and it might not ever be in our lifetime.
Bitcoin however, is clearly a better investment than most people realize or even know.
Even Whiskey investors probably don't know the benefits of Bitcoin just yet and if they do.
Well they are probably already light-years ahead of us!
Conclusion
1 Ounce of Gold costs about $2000 USD
1 Ounce of Weed about $300 USD give or take
1 Ounce of Whiskey we'll go with $500 a shot
And for 1 Ounce of Bitcoin, although rare, it would be worth exactly 1 Bitcoin.
I don't know about you, but because of these things, I find it way easier to accumulate Bitcoin first.
Plus I don't think I would be able to control myself from downing a few shots of the rarest whiskey in the world.
