Strawberries in Japan

Visiting strawberry fairs in Japan is always a treat. It is always mind-blowing to see the various species under one roof and imagine how different farmers have worked hard to rear the most delicious fruits possible. Browsing through the stalls also makes my heart race as I never quite know what to expect. But if I were to be honest, I think it’s really fun to sample strawberries for free and discover which species tantalise my taste buds.
