When I saw this statement this morning, I thought I got something.

But this means I have got NOTHING! 😂😂😂

Why?

Download and install counts don't mean anything in terms of reward. 

Only "Confirmed" number counts and it is pretty hard to get there.

Referral Metrics

Downloads: Increments if a user you referred downloads the Brave Browser using your referral code.

Installs: Increments when a user opens the Brave Browser for the first time.

Confirmations: A referral confirmation is any user who downloads Brave from your referral page and proceeds to use the browser for a minimum of 30 days since the browser was first opened. Your referrals must reach confirmed status in order for you to earn the associated BAT reward.

So it takes at least 30 days to get to the confirmed status and pays out minimum $1.00 equivalent BAT...

BUT creator reward is

Minimum balance for payout is 5 BAT
